The family was re-designed to offer the best rigidity and very accurate positioning keeping, even in applications with heavy loads. There are several innovations embedded on the new Rotac Plus. The transmission system is based on a new generation of performance belt combined with high quality duplex bearings, and calibrated with a unique micrometric system to maintain the best repetitive positioning in operation. The new Rotac Plus are modular, so while customers may choose preferred motors and drivers, the mechanical transmission component maintains the highest position repeatability. Accuracy may also be boosted by customer needs when selecting the best encoding resolution according with the specific application. is offering, as an option, the full solution to reach extreme accuracy and best repetitive positioning. Product ranges are based on the following sizes 48, 65, 85, 100, 130, and 200 built in a solid monolithic aluminum system with high quality finishing surfaces and screw holes in each side to offer easy installation. Rotac Plus is using a hi-tech transmission block to avoid any belt extension or contraction effects; In addition, the micrometric calibration system is offering the best accuracy and precise repetitive positioning. Each position may also be defined in absolute or relative value according to the starting point. For each position (In succession or randomly), the Action command allows to simulate the automatic positioning of the actuator. Every time the command is executed, the actuator will move to the adequate position in accordance with the set-up indications; The display will also provide a graphical indication of each reached point.
