Multi-family figures for the first quarter of 8 were slightly more when compared to the first quarters of 7 and 6, while single-family figures for the same time were less compared to previous years. here were 4 commercial and office permits issued in the first quarter of 8 compared to 3 permits for the first quarter of 7 and 4 for the first quarter of 6. wo industrial permits were issued during the first quarter of 8, compared to for 7 and for 6. leven public building permits were issued in the first quarter of 8, compared to and 9 permits in the first quarters of 7 and 6, respectively. esidential Building Permits In the first quarter of 8, single-family permits and duplex permit were issued with a construction value of $3.5 million. his com pares to single-family and 3 duplex permits issued in the first quarter of 7, and single-family and 6 duplex permits issued in the same period in 6. he number of single-family and duplex permits and the construction values in the first quarter of 8 are less when compared to the first quarters of 7 and 6. here were 33 multi-family units permitted in the first quarter of 8 with a construction value of $3.75 million. wenty-four multi-family units were permitted in the first quarter of 7 and 8 in 6.
