2 GMA 7509 GMA Caliper All Front Single Disc B Fits all models except Springers late One piece design bolts directly to lower leg eliminating the need for a bracket. The GMA brakes have to be used with the right size master cylinder otherwise problems will occur with pistons sticking and not retracting. 3 GMA GMA Rear XL Brake Caliper B Caliper and brackets are the same for each kit. Correct brake line adaptor fittings and axle spacers provided for each kit. Each kit requires a 5/8 bore master cylinder (GMA 205) Rear kit for XL L GMA Wide Springer Front End Caliper B Front single disc, fits Paughco #181 wide springer front ends. Use Paughco axle kit #186A, , single flange hub., FXST or FXWG. If FXWG hub is used with speedo drive, the non-flange side must be notched to accept the tab. For use with 11.5 rotor. Includes bronze washers, rod ends, axle spacer and bushings. Not designed to fit Paughco Springers with shock absorbers (GMA 200P) GMA Rear Swing Arm FXR Caliper L85-99 F This kit includes machined bracket that fits around FXR square swing arm. It is a direct replacement bolt-on fit for FXR bikes. Rotor available: PC#7575 (GMA R84F) 7514 (GMA 200S) B TECH TIP: Brake Lines and Fittings GMA brake kits are designed to use the stock factory brake lines and fittings. All GMA calipers are drilled and tapped 1/8-27 NPT and the correct brake line adapter fittings are included for a no hassle fit. Tech Tip Rear Master Cylinder This falls into two categories: 1: 1973-mid 1984-These models use a 3/4 diameter bore master cylinder and will not function correctly with GMA multi-piston calipers. The bore is too large and will not create sufficient pressure. We have learned from years of testing that it is absolutely necessary to use a 5/8 diameter master cylinder on all of these models. 2: 1984-present-The factory rear master cylinder is a 5/8 bore and will function correctly with GMA rear brake calipers. 14-3

4 GMA GMA Rear Dyna-Glide Caliper F Also fits 1991 Sturgis and Daytona models. This 4 piston design performs exceptionally well when compared to the OEM single piston caliper. The caliper has four 1-1/4 diameter pistons. CNC-machined and bright anodized for a good-looking finish. Small motorcycle brakes with multi pistons are difficult to bleed - especially on rear applications where the caliper is higher than the master cylinder. The use of an EZE-bleeder ( an inexpensive syringe type bleeding tool that will eliminate all the problems) is recommended. 14-4

6 GMA Rotors GMA 11.5 Floating Rotor Softail Does not fit FXST 2006-on Rear (R79FM) G.M.A. 11 1/2 Floating & 2 Piece Disc Rotors These cast iron rotors are supplied with polished aluminum centres. Front rotors are floating and rear rotors are of a 2 piece design. Stock and 2 piston calipers use the same rotor, 4 piston calipers require a special GMA rotor.
