2 THE GENESIS OF THE COMPANY Established in 2009, courses and training since 2014 by accredited training center, 2010 provider of operational activities, 2011 licensed carrier, safety certificate for CZ and SK, 2015 acquisition by EPH (65%), 35% Nečas E., 2016 organizational unit in Poland, PL safety certificate.

3 OUR SERVICES short - and long term locomotives leasing (SIEMENS and ŠKODA), services of engine drivers, wagon inspectors and shunting masters, shunting service in the railway station Břeclav (CZ), professional competence and training in rail transport, consulting in the field of rail transport.

9 PERSPOOL engine drivers The services of the engine drivers on CZ and SK infrastructure, services of engine drivers on the infrastructure of PL, route knowledge national, regional, test tracks, sidings, knowledge of the operation and conducting of locomotives of the types "M", "E", "SV", knowledge of frontier railway stations (Germany, Poland, Hungary). All our engine drivers have full professional and medical qualification.

10 ACQUISITION AND SUSTAINING OF QUALIFICATION Professional competence engine driver's license, professional competence railway wehicle category and type knowledge, infrastructure professional competence transportation, accreditation is issued in accordance with the Railways Act 266/1994 and the EU and EC Directives.

11 TRAINING CENTRE General proffesional knowledge of the railway operation and rail transport, infrastructure knowledge, regular training of professional competence, education for a vehicle type, OSH, electroqualification, training according to the internal regulations of the railway operator and rail transport operator, courses for wagon inspectors, shifters, infrastructure activities,..., competence training for the "local" and "siding" tracks, verification of professional competence, tests of special professional competence.

12 SPECIFIC PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE Education with knowledge verification for frontier railway stations CZ - SK, PL, D, courses for acquiring professional qualification on the ŽSR infrastructure (engine drivers, shifters and others), safety and health protection, electroqualification in Slovakia, maintaining professional competence for the ŽSR infrastructure.

13 COUNSELLING Within the meaning of Act No. 266/1994 Coll., as amended, we provide counselling related to the operation of railways and rail transport on the national, regional, local and sidings infrastructure. The counselling is in accordance with the applicable czech legislation, as public notice MD 100/1995, 101/1995, 173/1995, 177/1995, 376/2006, 16/2012 and government orders related to rail transport.
