2 CITY OF ST. AUGUSTA SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING JUNE 18, 2018, 8:00 pm ADMINISTRATIVE SUMMARY Club Almar Request this is typically a consent agenda item but Mary only called after our meeting was already held. She is requesting we allow her to extend her premises for the day of the St. Mary HOC Parrish Festival day, Saturday, June 23. Pro Fields June Payment We received this invoice after the Council meeting and our contract states we will pay by June 15. Landwehr Interim Use Permit I anticipate a recommendation for approval from the planning commission and have included the permit in the packets. MS4 Report Annual Meeting part of our annual reporting requirement is we allow public input on the plan. We just need to ask for public comment. Grader Operator Discussion Mark had done some grading and we received complaints. Paul asked that I add this item to the agenda so we can start discussion. Fire Truck Change Orders I have attached a list of changes that were requested when the guys went for the pre-build meetings. They are asking that we approve the changes at this time. Rifle Club Road Posted Weight Limit Paul and Bob both asked that we add this to the meeting to consider holding off on the posting of the road until after our next regular meeting when the affected neighbors were told we would be discussing.
