(Related Drawings) GEENRATOR ASSEMBLY OUTLINE OF GENERATOR 1KD KD Hydro generator can be divided into / with here parts ins assembling or, rotor as rotation part, stator as static part and the other part. Turbine shaft is connected the lower side of the rotor at flange part of the generator main shaft, and CA excited is attached to / of upper side of rotor. Rotor consists of / with one shaft, rotor spoke, rotor rim and 16 pieces of poles attached firmly around the rotor rim. Thrust bearing places in upper part of rotor hold totals weight of rotor of generator and turbine, and water thrust load coming in / from turbine. Stator consists from / of stator frame and stator core made of / in silicon steel plate stacked in / from internal side of stator frame. Stator core is assemble in the following ways: Stator core punching plates are stacked of / along the key attached to / of rib deployed on internal track of stator frame, Both sides of the stacked stator core are fastened firmly with / along nuts against studs through clamping plate and clamping finger. Stator coil is fixed into / around the slot at inside of stator core by wedges and liners. Stator coils are connected around / to circuit ring and those are connected bus bar of line and neutral side. And it connected in / along start form with main circuit copper bar and neutral side further. Air coolers are mounted in / on the outside of stator frame for air cooling. 3
4 Upper bracket is attached on / at the upper end of the stator frame, which supports AC exciter stator. Thrust bearing and upper guide bearing are installed from / in bearing oil reservoir in the center of bracket. Lower bracket is fixed into / from foundation base of concrete floor and upper edge of turbine pit with bolts, and 4 pieces of brakes and jacks are attached on the lower bracket. Lower guide bearing are mounted along / to inside of lower bearing bracket. Name, material and number of major parts are forming the generator are as listed in the drawing of GENERATOR ASSEMBLY (IKD003230) and document of MATERIAL LIST TO BE USED FOR GENERATOR (CS-YNCN-A01).
