2 The TC Water Recirculators Controlled Pressure A pressure gauge is built-in as standard in every TC chiller. The working pressure of the connected system is reliably shown in kpa, kg/cm 2 and psi. Digital Control Set temperatures can be easily programmed via a pushbutton keypad. The values are shown on the digital display with 0.1 C resolution. High- and low-limit temperature values can additionally be set to ensure safe usage. Pressure as Desired The pressure in the system can be adjusted as desired with the relief valve on the back of each unit. Controlling is carried out via the builtin pressure gauge. Filling without Questions Filling the chiller with cooling fluid is carried out via the reservoir access on top of the unit. A list of accepted fluids is printed on the reservoir access panel. Only 2 liters fluid are required for the first filling due to the new cooling system with short coolingdown times.

3 TC Chillers - Advanced Version Each basic TC water recirculator version can be ordered in combination with a security and communication package as an advanced version. Advanced means: alarm for low level and low flow, RS232C-interface, 24V connector for external start/stop and read-out of alarm status. TC chillers are available as basic versions in 3 sizes with 5 capacity classes between 900 and 4900 watts.

4 Filling Level in One View Is there sufficient cooling liquid in the reservoir tank? This question is directly answered with one look at the transparent reservoir tank. The optimal filling level is marked at the kink of the front panel. Tubing Adapters Included Different applications need different tube diameters. We therefore supply tubing adapters for hoses with 1 / 2" and 3 / 8" inner diameter together with each water recirculator. Simple Liquid Changing All cooling fluids have to be exchanged after a certain usage time. The draining of the chiller is done via the practical ball-valve reservoir drain on the rear. Just connect a tube with a suitable fitting and open the valve. Easy to Clean Removing the front grill for cleaning the condenser fins is easy and does not require any tool. In addition the integrated air filter in the front grill can be separately removed and cleaned.
