Th dvlopmnt of a fomal tail, with signag, fncing and oth infastuctu could sult in incasd agicultual dvlopmnt adjacnt to th tail, and mitigation of th ngativ impacts associatd with xisting public usag. Th application indicats that th tail will b dvlopd as p th Ministy of Agicultu's "Guid to Using and Dvloping Tails in Fam and Ranch Aas".
