3 chainflex guarantee club We are confident to give a guarantee because we conduct more than 2 billion test strokes and 1,4 billion electrical measurements per year. Our customers often need to give a guarantee for their systems to the end user. They do this to represent safety and reliability of their systems. A guarantee is beneficial to the end user, but for the manufacturer there is a commercial risk. With our guarantee we give security to our customers who are the manufacturers of the system. Predictable safety Durability and lifetime statements are what our customers require. We have performed more than 300,000 tests over 25 years in our laboratory in order to ensure a reliable statement for the customer. We now offer a clear and reliable statement based on our series of tests, so that every user of our cable can be sure of its durability and service life. Guarantee club membership The three levels of the club membership with the igus services* There is no automatic application for membership. The customer must apply for club membership and undertake the certification/training according to the respective level.
