For the measurement of vapour, the version with separately welded purge valves is recommended. Valve blocks with 2 valves are used to cut off the pressure line and permit purging and testing of the pressure transmitter. Valve blocks with 3 valves are used to cut off the differential pressure line and zero check of the pressure or connected differential pressure transmitter. Valve blocks with 5 valves enable purging of the differential pressure lines and zero check of the pressure lines for the media up to 250 C.

2 Valve Blocks 10/ EN Technical data The valve blocks are designed for direct flange-mounting to the pressure or differential pressure transmitter. Connection dimensions acc. to DIN Features: Internal stem thread 1), drop-forging housing, replaceable valve seat, valve stem with back-flow seal and crimped valve cone. Scope of delivery 2) : Valve block with box wrench (handwheels of plastic) plus 2 (1) viton round gaskets =18 =3 mm 5), 4 (2) socket-head hex screws 7/16 20 UNF strength class 12.9, mechanically galvanised and hexagon key 3/8. Mounting and welding tasks are not part of the basic delivery. cceptance test certificate acc. to DIN B can be obtained via Code No. tapered PTFE gasket is required for reliable sealing of natural gas (Code No. 303).
