P. 13, Secton 34, as aended, authorzes Councls of Muncpaltes to pass by-laws to regulate the use of land and the character, locaton and use of buldngs and structures; AND WHEREAS t s consdered desrable to aend the Cty of Tns Zonng By-law No ; NOW THEREFORE the Councl of the Corporaton of the Cty of Tns enacts as follows: 1. That Schedule 14 of the Cty of Tns Zonng By- law No , as aended, s hereby further aended as t pertans to those lands shown ore partcularly on Schedule 1 affxed hereto and forng part of ths By-law, by placng the sad lands nto the Resdental Thrd Densty ( NA-R3) SP Zone. 2. That Secton 6 enttled Specal Provsons, as aended, s hereby aended by aendng the followng Specal Provson SP whch shall pert: etres for a fnro- storey duplex; and to 66 percent to pert fnro parkng spaces. The subject land s vacant. The purpose and effect of the Zonng By- law Aendent s to rezone the subject lands fro General Coercal ( EA-CG) to Resdental Thrd Densty ( NA- R3) SP Zone.
