Exhaust fan will be located on the oven roof and ducted through building roof. The heater box will be shipped in modules. Construction The ovenhousing and heater box will be constructed of 4 thick tongue and grove oven panels. These panels consist of 20 ga. aluminized steel skins, 16 ga. aluminized perforated channels, 6 lb. density mineral wool insulation. The oven support structure consists of 12 gauge formed steel with trouble-free bolt together assembly. All exposed corners, edges and seams are stuffed with insulation and covered with 16 ga. aluminized trim strips for sealing and appearance. This type of construction provides for strength, rigidity and a minimum of heat loss. Re-circulating Fan Insulated Plug Fan will be mounted in the heater box. The fan is driven by a TEFC motor 208/230/460. The fan is shaft mounted and supported by two bearing outside of Heater box. The plug fan is bolted to the heater box and can be removed for maintenance/repair. The fan is complete with V-belt drive and required guards. Exhaust Fan

7 Centrifugal fan with a backward inclined wheel, heat kit, V-belt drive and TEFC motor, 208/230/460 volt with guards. Control Panel GFS Batch Process Ovens come standard with the INSIGHT control panel, and control system featuring The Professor control system. The INSIGHT control panel comes standard with the following components. Types 1 industrial panel with main disconnect, and door mounted disconnect switch. Motor starters with branch circuit, and overload protection per NEC70 Article 430 Control Transformer with primary/secondary fusing. Terminal Strip Operator remote control station with 5.7 BW touch screen. Complete control panel is UL 508A listed for flame control. The major feature of the INSIGHT control panel is the PLC based control, and a touch screen remote featuring the Professor. The control system continuously monitors all systems for safety, and function. The simplistic setup and operating screens, along with built in help screens provide the operator the current process of the oven. Pop up displays will display running information and faults. The remote operator station comes standard with a prewired cable assembly for fast easy wiring between the operator station and the control panel. Standard Features of INSIGHT are: Choice of Continuous run or Batch Control. Easy pop-up screens for setting temperatures, and batch cycle times.
