1 Quoted as per your request: two (2) Non-Pressurized, Drive-Thru, Full Down Draft, Paint Booth model: TDD DT with interior working dimensions of 16-0 wide X 16-0 tall X 20-0 long. Overall dimensions will be 16-6 wide X 16-2 tall X 20-4 long. The two booths will be connected by a custom 16-0 wide x 16-0 high x 10-0 long 18 gage galvanized sheet metal vestibule with two (2) man doors and will be designed to handle the part load required. This is quoted per provided drawing. Two (2) 36, 10 HP, three phases, ODP, 208/230/460V, vane-axial fans each operating at 16,000 2 static pressure will provide exhaust. Total air exhaust is 32,000 SCFM. Thirteen (13) UL listed fluorescent fixtures per booth will supply illumination. Two (2) set of product entry/exit bi-fold doors will provide a clear opening of 14 wide X 15-0 tall. Product door header will be notched to accommodate 6 I-Beam conveyor runs through-out. Four (4) personnel doors 30 wide X 84 tall with observation windows 14 ½ wide X 48 tall will provide egress. There will be one man-door in each booth and two man doors in connecting vestibule. An ETL listed EH-2734K heat only vertical, indoor heated air replacement unit will provide 32,000 SCFM of tempered replacement air to the shop. The AMU is capable of providing a 100 F temperature rise from its 3,000,000 BTU burner. The AMU controls will also provide controls for the exhaust fans (VFDs) and booth lighting. The AMU is designed for dump into room only thru a custom designed discharge plenum especially designed for this application and will be suspended from the ceiling per the drawing provided approximately 18 off the floor between conveyor rails. Exhaust, Intake, and Discharge duct (if quoted) is shown for estimation purposes only and assumes a straight run with no offsets. Actual ductwork requirements will be dictated by field conditions including but not limited to verified roof height, roof pitch, obstructions and local code restrictions. Based on 40 Pitched Roof with a 3/12 pitch. This roof height and pitch is subject to verification.

3 Two (2) Non-Pressurized Drive- Thru Downdraft Paint Booth Model: TDD DT Booth with Connecting Vestibule Dimensions: Interior Exterior Width: Height: Depth: Scope: Air flows in through the Filtered roof of the booth, flows downward through the work area, then down into an exhaust pit located in the floor. Filtered exhaust air is drawn through the pit and discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust stacks. This booth is provided complete, with all necessary hardware to meet the applicable national requirements established by OSHA and the NFPA for paint booth construction. PIT WORK BY OTHERS. WE WILL PROVIDE PIT DRAWING WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE ORDER AND WILL UTILIZE MAN-WEIGHT GRATING ONLY. Construction Features: Panels: Panels are fabricated from 18-gauge prime quality galvanized steel precision punched on 6 centers for maximum rigidity. Panels are fastened together with 5/16 bolts and are to be sealed with the provided caulk following assembly. Columns and Beams: Fabricated from structural steel members, precision punched on 6 centers to match corresponding panels. (W6X9 & Web Joist Support Steel for support of 1,500 lb. parts) Illumination: Lighting is provided by 48 long, 4-tube, 32 watt, T-8, fluorescent type fixtures. Each is mounted behind tempered safety glass that is sealed from the interior of the spray booth with a continuous gasket placed around the perimeter of the light window s opening. All fixtures are UL listed and approved for their intended use and placement. Fixtures are supplied with dual ballasts to accept either 120V or 277V power. Each booth will have Thirteen (13) LIGHTS. There 11 open style light fixtures and 2 Class I Div. II Light fixtures.

4 Filtration: Intake air filters: Rated by UL as Class 2 and are EPA registered as environmentally safe. Filters are self-supporting in an internal frame sized 20 x 20 x 1. One (1) set of filters will be supplied with this unit. Exhaust air filters are a fiberglass paint arrestor pad made specifically for the collection of paint overspray. These filters are UL rated as Class 2. A filter holding grid is provided for each filter cell. This unit is provided with one (1) set of filters. Two (2) manometers will be provided with the unit to monitor the filter resistance and thereby the filters life and efficiency Exhaust Fan Units: A Vane-axial type duct fan specifically designed and constructed for use in paint spray booths and similar applications is provided for exhaust. A precision balanced, fabricated, aluminum non-sparking fan blade moves the air through the fan. Bearings are mounted in rubber isolators for smooth operation. The motor, drive, and bearings are isolated from the exhaust air stream. The bearings are sized with a minimum average life, per AFBMA, in excess of 200,000 hours when operating at the maximum RPM of the fan size. Two (2) 32 vane-axial fans with 10 motors operating at 16,000 SCFM of exhaust is supplied. Total air exhausted is 32,000 SCFM Air Replacement Units: This unit will have ONE (1) EH-2734K heat only direct fired, natural gas heaters; designed, assembled, wired and factory tested, providing a minimum of 32,000 SCFM of clean tempered 3/4 ESP, and having the ability of providing a minimum 100 degree temperature rise from its 8,171 million BTU burners. Total air supplied is 32,000 SCFM. Controls and gas train to be AGA designed. This unit is equipped with an casing for its vertical configuration and discharge. A volume control damper is provided to vary the air volume. The AMU s control panel will be equipped with the starters for the exhaust fan. Mounting stands and the inlet screen and filters are provided for each AMU.

5 Product Doors: Two (2) set of product entry/exit bi-fold doors are fabricated with tube steel frames hung on structural channel jambs. These doors are skinned with an 18-gauge galvanized steel sheet, sealed to the frame with rubber sealant and screwed in place. These doors are provided with an open cell foam rubber weather stripping seal about the perimeter and a neoprene rubber sweep seal at the threshold. The mounting hardware provided includes a FM approved panic type safety latch, one (1) door limit switch and four (6) door pulls. These shall be bi-fold doors having a clear opening of approximately 14 wide by 15-4 tall. Door header will be equipped with two conveyor cut-outs for 6 I-Beam conveyor. Personnel Doors: Four (4) personnel doors with observation windows 14 ½ wide X 48 tall are provided as 18-gauge galvanized steel units sized at 30 x 84 and are provided prehung in a heavy gauge steel frame ready for mounting to the spray booth. The mounting hardware includes a FM approved panic type safety latch, one (1) limit switch, striker plate and two (2) door pulls. Mixing & Storage Room: Model ATR-PMR1015 Inside Dimensions are 15 Long x 10 Wide x 8 High Galvanized 18-gage nut and bolt Single Wall panel construction. Exhaust System: (1) 12 Tube Axial Fan. Lighting System (2) Ceiling mounted open type mounted behind clear glass, 4-48" T- 8 color corrective tubes and electronic ballast. Man Access Door: (1) Personnel Access Door with observation window. Exhaust Duct Package: (1) 12 Diameter Exhaust Duct package for a 15 high roof, Damper Cap (excludes offsets). Assembly Hardware: Included with All Mixing & Storage Rooms are Intake Filters, Fan, Motor, Drives, Sheet Metal Screws, Nuts, Bolts, Etc., and Blueprints.
