2 Installation Overview This fitting kit is provided to convert older 200A generator motor assemblies to SureForce ready motor assemblies. It is typicaly sold in combination with a SureForce installation kit. Specifically, (3) fittings are supplied to replace (3) JIC style fittings installed at the Pressure, Return, and Tank connections on previous generations of motor assemblies. When installation is complete, the motor assembly will properly interface with o-ring face seal style hose ends provided in SureForce installation kits. Note: some installations may require an alternate fitting combination (i.e. straights vs. 90 deg). Three additional fittings are also supplied to allow re-use of the Pressure, Return & Tank hoses that previously ran from the tractor to the generator motor (in generator only installations). When SureForce is installed in combination with the geneator, the (3) hoses will be repurposed to route from the tractor to the SureForce main valve. The (3) adapter fittings supplied in this kit allow the JIC style hose ends on the existing hoses to connect to the new, o- ring face seal style fittings on the SureForce main valve. 3 Installation Procedure 1. Clean the motor, hoses & work area before removing any fittings to prevent dirt or debris from entering the hydraulic system. 2. Before removing hoses from the old motor, identify the inlet (Pressure), outlet (Return) & case drain (Tank) port locations & label hoses/ports accordingly for later identification. Orient the motor as shown in the image below. In this orientation, the inlet port is in the top face, offset to the left of the motor shaft centerline ENG Rev A 2018 Ag Leader Technology, Inc All Rights Reserved 3

4 3. Install the case drain (Tank) fitting. (25 ft-bs) Orient fitting as needed. If a check valve fitting is installed, leave it installed. If a check valve fitting is not installed, install the case drain fitting directly into the motor case drain port in the rear cover. 4. Install the inlet (Pressure) fitting. 5 6. Locate the SureForce Main Valve assembly P, R & T ports. When SureForce is used in combination with a Hydraulic Generator, three run-tees supplied with the appropriate SureForce Teekit are installed at the SureForce Main Valve P, R & T ports respectively. 7. Connect the Pressure, Return, & Tank hoses supplied with the appropriate SureForce Tee-kit to the P, R & T fittings on the SureForce Main Valve and P, R & T fittings on the Generator Motor respectively. Carefully trace hoses to verify pulmbing errors are not made. 8. Install the supplied straight, #8 female o-ring face seal to male #8 JIC fitting on the run-tee installed at the R port ENG Rev A 2018 Ag Leader Technology, Inc All Rights Reserved 5

6 9. Install the second supplied straight, #8 female o-ring face seal to male #8 JIC fitting on the run-tee installed at the T port. 10. Install the supplied #8 female o-ring face seal to male #6 JIC fitting on the run-tee installed at the P port. It is critical that the #6 male JIC fitting (smaller JIC fitting) is installed at the run-tee on the P port. 11. Connect the Pressure, Return & Tank hoses from the Tractor to the newly installed adapter fittings on the P, R & T SureForce Main Valve run-tees. Carefully trace hoses to verify pulmbing errors are not made. 12.
