Connect e interface module to your computer using e XKLoader.. Open an Internet Explorer browser (version 6 or higher), a go to The detail of e platform a firmware at is currently saved on e interface module will be iicated in e top right corner of e page.. Select e year, make a model of e vehicle; e page will refresh to display e compatible firmware.. In e search result page, select Flash Staa inall, a follow e inructions provided on e screen. 5. Once you have configured your options, click on e FLASH button to upload e firmware onto e interface module. 6. The following message will be displayed when e upload is completed: The flashing is successfully completed. You may now unplug e kit. You can now proceed wi e programming inructions below. OR DD Inallation If required for your inallation, connect e 0-pin, -pin a -pin harnesses to e module, en connect e -pin DD harness. WW Inallation If required for your inallation, connect e 0-pin a -pin harnesses to e module, en connect e -pin harness to e module. DD 0-pin DD 0-pin -pin -pin -pin -pin Wait until e LED turns ON solid red. Solid Turn e key to art e vehicle. Key IN OFF IGN START The green LED turns ON for secos a shuts off. Solid x secs & Off 5 Remove e key from ignition. Key OUT OFF IGN START You have successfully completed e module programming sequence.

All settings (firmware) a settings flashed to e module using e web config tool will not be affected. OR DD Inallation If required for your inallation, connect e 0-pin, -pin & -pin harnesses to e module. Press a hold e programming button, en connect e -pin DD harness. WW Inallation If required for your inallation, connect e 0-pin & -pin harnesses to e module. Press a hold e programming button, en connect e -pin harness to e module. 5 DD 0-pin DD 0-pin -pin -pin -pin -pin Wait secos until e LED turns ON solid orange en release e programming button. The LED en turns ON solid red. & & Solid Release Solid Ha Reset Warning Again Executing a Ha Reset! A ha reset will revert e flashed firmware back to its default settings. Depeing on e inallation, some settings (such as RFTD a DD options) may have to be reconfigured. See e Feature & Option Li section of is guide. Always ON When feature # is enabled, it will activate e heated seats at any temperature. 5 Heated Seats Temperature Level.High When Heated Seats are activated, ey will be set to HIGH.. Low * When Heated Seats are activated, ey will be set to LOW.. Disabled. Safelock The OEM alarm will not be controlled by DBALL upon remote art. No disarm or arm comma will be executed at e beginning or e of e sequence; it mu be controlled by e Remote Starter. Smart OEM Alarm Control will behave like a aa Safelock feature on a remote arter. It will unlock at e beginning of e sequence, a relock after art a shutdown. 6 Smart OEM Alarm Control. Enabled * Smart OEM Alarm Control will synchronize wi e OEM alarm so at it will disarm a rearm e vehicle in e remote art sequence, only when required. The reason for is is, factory alarm control mu often be done by lock or unlock operation. This could create unnecessary actions on door lock modules, such as e horn to honk. When possible, Smart OEM Alarm Control will monitor e alarm a door lock atus to detect if e disarm or rearm is required. If e vehicle is unlocked or is not equipped wi factory alarm, e disarm/rearm will not be executed. Smart OEM Alarm Control will also monitor e remote arter actions so at e factory alarm control is not done twice. A remote arter, for which e Safelock feature is active, will work perfectly wi is option a will make it invisible to e user.

7 Platform: DBALL/DBALL Firmware: GM Rev.: 050 Feature Programming To enter feature programming routine - Turn e ignition ON, en OFF. - Wiin 5 secos, press a HOLD e programming button until e LED turns ON orange (after secos). Release e Programming button. - The LED will flash green once slowly to iicate e feature number is. After a short delay, e LED flashes red rapidly to iicate e current option of feature (i.e. x green followed by x red iicates feature is set to option ). The flashing sequence will repeat until a new comma is entered. Changing feature options - Press e lock/arm or unlock/disarm button on aftermarket transmitter to change e option of e selected feature. - The LED flashes red rapidly e number of times equal to e current option number. After a short delay, e LED flashes green slowly e number of times to iicate e current feature. The flashing sequence will repeat until a new comma is entered. Accessing anoer feature - Press a release e programming button a number of times to advance from e current feature to e next desired feature. - The LED flashes green slowly e number of times equal to e feature number. After a short delay, e LED flashes red rapidly to iicate e current option of e current feature. The flashing sequence will repeat until a new comma is entered. When e maximum number of features or options is reached, e LED will art flashing again from e fir feature or option. Once a feature is programmed - Oer features can be programmed. - The feature programming can be exited. Programming Button Exiting feature programming - No activity for 0 secos; after 0 secos, e LED will turn ON orange for secos to confirm e e of e programming sequence. OR - Press a HOLD e programming button for secos. After secos, e LED will turn ON orange for secos to confirm e e of e programming sequence. Page 7
