1 Department P-Culinary Arts Superintendent: Tammy Sutherland (763) Entries will be released the Monday after the fair. 2. Judging will be on Monday. 3. Exhibitors are limited to one (1) entry per class. 4. Only products of the home kitchen are eligible; no mixes unless stated. 5. Division must use canning jars and lids! Jars must be labeled with: Canning method, Processing Time, Date Canned (must be within last year). 6. Jars and covers must be clean and uniform size with a good seal. The jar should be full but not crowded. The fruit must have appropriate size and shape. It should be firm, in top quality condition and have characteristic color. Liquid must be clear, no cloudy settlement. Liquid should cover a product with adequate head space. 7.
