TENDER NOTICE Tender inquiry no. : NHF/HUDCO-CSR/ / 01 National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation (NHFDC), Faridabad proposes to Purchase of Equipments/Tool Kits for distribution to trained Persons with Disabilities (PwDs). The tender document can also be downloaded from our website ( and submitted in a separate envelope during submission of the tender document. Issue of tender documents from 28/05/2014 to 23/06/2014. Submission of tender documents is up to PM on 23/06/2014. Last date of NHFDC, Faridabad

2 Page 01 TERMS & CONDITIONS The interested vendors may quote for the Equipments/Tool Kits. The sealed quotation will be opened on 23/06/2014 at 3.30 PM at National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation Red Cross Bhawan, Sector-12, Faridabad The bidders are allowed to participate in the opening of the tender. The tender Document is not transferable. The tender should be submitted in a main sealed envelope addressing to THE MANAGER (Project) NHFDC superscribing Quotation for Equipments/Tool Kits. Only Sealed Bids will be accepted till 3.00 PM on All the pages of document should be signed by the bidder. For submitting quotation the prescribed format may only be used. In case of bid for one location only the rest may be left blank. Bids will be opened in the O/o NHFDC, Faridabad at 3.30PM on before the authorized representative of the bidders who are present at that time & carrying authority letter. The Equipments/Tool Kits must confirm to the specification, Manufacturer Name, Make, Model, Country of origin in detail The NHFDC reserve right to modify the specification of the Equipments/Tool Kits if required as per the requirements of the NHFDC at the time of opening the tender. The Guarantee / Warranty period (if any) should be mentioned clearly. After sales and service facilities should be available in India and specify the list service center in detail in India. The rates quoted must be up to distribution centers ( i.e. VRCH, Mumbai, VRCH Kanpur, VRCH Agartala VRCH Bhubaneswar, VRCH Bhubneswar, VRCH Srinagar, VRCH, ATDC, Faridabad, VRCH, Delhi, NSIC, Delhi & SABCCO Gangtok etc. addresses of same are enclosed at annexure) and should be inclusive of all taxes. No revision of rates shall be allowed under any circumstances whatsoever. The Validity of offer should be mentioned clearly. The delivery of the equipments needs to be done within 15 days by the successful bidder from the date of issue of the order by NHFDC. The Vendors who are registered under Sales Tax / Excise Tax / Service Tax only need to participate. Quotations from the vendors who are not registered under Sales Tax / Excise Tax / Service Tax shall be summarily rejected. The basic consideration and the essence of the contract shall be strict adherence to the stipulated time schedule for the supply of contracted machine/equipment/goods i.e. Time is the essence of contract. Machine/equipment/goods are subject to inspection by the official of NHFDC or its representative before & after supply. Any other terms & conditions written or printed on the tender document by the bidder, or otherwise sent along with tender, will not be accepted and will not binding on us. For settlement of any disputes only courts in Faridabad shall have the jurisdiction. Bills should be in duplicate giving specification, amount. Extra supply of Equipments/Tool Kits if any would be same rate. Payment Terms :-100% payment will be released after 10 days of delivery of Equipments/Tool Kits along with submission of final bill. NHFDC reserves the right to reject any offer submitted by the bidders without assigning any reasons thereof. LAST DATE OF SUBMISSION OF TENDER upto 3.00 PM
