2 About us with you, together, globally FFG Europe is a holding company conceived to integrate high-tech European machine tool manufacturers, leaders in technological excellence. The holding company currently includes major Italian machine tool manufacturers: Jobs, Sachman, Rambaudi and Sigma. Jobs, Sachman and Rambaudi (established in 1945) are historical brands and are among the worldwide leaders in the production of high performance milling machines and machining centres, in particular for 5-axis high speed and high torque machining technologies. They are operated as individual business units through the legal entity Jobs Automazione, established in 1978 and located in Piacenza. Sigma Technology, established in 1950 and located in Vigevano, has been for over sixty years a major player in the vertical machining centers sector. FFG Europe operation follows up the strategic partnership established between Jobs and the Taiwanese industrial giant Fair Friend Group (FFG).

3 The strategy behind FFG Europe s establishment develops all the potential of a high profile operation in the high-tech machine tool sector whose benefits are completely transferred to the Group s customers which, to better compete in their respective global markets, can obtain products, production solutions and services which are increasingly innovative, top quality and with high added value. Technologically advanced industrial centre The new FFG Europe platform is a benchmark industrial centre in the technologically advanced machine sector, which brings together excellent European industrial companies with important potential for development and further success on an international level. Integration with FFG The integration with Fair Friend Group (FFG), a major global industry player with large goals for further expansion on various markets, is a fundamental step for exploiting the synergies between the very high level technological know-how of the sector s European industrial platform and the strong penetration in markets where FFG holds a leadership position. Market internationalisation and process globalisation In particular, FFG Europe s growth strategy will be driven by the superiority of its technological value and innovation of European machine tools and production systems in a context of market internationalisation and process globalisation. Strategy Growth The growth of FFG Europe will be accomplished both through internal actions, by expanding the activities of the brands with new products and new applications on unexplored markets, and through external actions thanks to further additions of excellent European manufacturers in the high-tech machine tool sector.

4 The new FFG Europe platform combines excellent industrial companies which manufacture high performance machine tools and customised turnkey plants for the aeronautic and aerospace, automotive, moulds&dies, general engineering and energy sectors. Aerospace FFG Europe has developed and installed innovative products for machining: structural parts in aluminium alloy, skins in aluminium alloy, skins and structures in composite material, tough materials including titanium, stainless steel, inconel and others. It has also installed numerous systems for assembly lines, as well as complex supplies complete with customised turnkey services. Automotive FFG Europe presents a complete line of cutting-edge products for the whole process: design models production, prototyping tooling, complete die machining. FFG Europe s product range is designed to cover all milling technologies (Very High Speed, High Speed, High Power/Torque) with the purpose of: significantly increasing productivity, reducing hourly costs, reducing operating costs.

5 Moulds & Dies FFG Europe s production program permits the complete machining of drawing dies in a single positioning: from roughing at high chip removal rate, to high-speed finishing, up to very high-speed machining of sculptured surfaces. Very high-speed technology is also used for plastic moulds. General Engineering & Energy FFG Europe s offering for the machining of complex, high-precision and large-size mechanical components includes high-tech vertical machining centres, as well as a complete range of milling centres with volumes exceeding 3-4 m³ providing both high performance in chip removal and very high-speed machining, exploiting linear motors to drive the axes. 6 FFG Europe s brands Jobs is a worldwide leading manufacturer of high-speed, high-power and high-performance medium-large sized 5-axis continuous milling systems. The key to Jobs success is mastery in know-how and development of new products, ability to integrate these into highly automated production systems and to support end-users plants and systems through technological consultancy and after-sales services. Jobs main customers include leading OEMs in the aeronautic and aerospace, automotive, design & prototyping, moulds & dies, general precision engineering, energy and composite machining sectors. Working in the mechanic industry, Sigma is the reference brand within FFG Europe in the field of designing and construction of vertical machining centres technologically advanced as a result of the consolidated skills obtained in more than sixty years of presence on the International markets in driving and strongly innovative industry fields. Particular focus is placed on Research and Development, to follow the fast technological evolution which has always characterised the vertical machining centre industry. Thanks to the Sachman brand, Jobs has expanded and strengthened its presence, especially in the moulds & dies and general engineering field, particularly aimed at subcontractors. The Rambaudi brand focusses on the production of highspeed or high-chip removal machines and solutions specifically for the moulds & dies and general engineering industries.

7 products are developed taking into account the specific needs of the various application markets, based on the typical requirements of OEMs and subcontractors in all technological contexts: - very high speed (axis traction with linear motors) with speeds up to 75 m/min and accelerations up to 7,5 m/sec² per single axis - high speed (conventional axis drive) with linear axis speeds up to 40 m/min and spindle rotation speeds up to 27,000 rpm roductsffg Europe - high power/torque, with various technological solutions to provide high power and torque values to the spindle (up to 75 kw and up to 2,500 Nm) - mid-range power with a series of design set-ups aimed at obtaining high rigidity and capacity to absorb vibrations adjusted to the intermediate power and torque values at the spindle (up to 44 kw and up to 1,005 Nm) - 3 axis, continuous 5 axis, palletised vertical machining centres and FMCs, which feature very high flexibility, maximum precision, high power and high productivity typically required by the most advanced application sectors.
