Sch. 40 aluminum (straight pipe), under axle rear discharge with welded aluminum (Part "A") male adapter and cable tethered aluminum dust cap at rear of discharge pipe. Minimize angled drop in rear line. Polish interior weld at adapter. 13) Gauges Two (2) liquid filled, one (1) tank pressure and one (1) line pressure. Gauge pressure range 0-30 PSI. Gauges in cabinet with light located street side rear, at front of rear fender with independent bracket. Door swing must clear rear tires and fender. Locate line pressure pipe coupling in grooved nipple below proportioning valve. 14) Vacuum Return Line 4in. aluminum line from filter to top rail, through top rail to front roadside inlet with adapter and cap. Turned up 90 degrees. 15) Vacuum Filter Control 4in. air actuated BTI BLACKMAXX composite body butterfly valve (AlloMaxx disc, white rubber seat) in line connecting filter and tank. Air actuator valve located in rear vacuum gauge box install 90-degree elbow in exhaust port with 3in. flex line to prevent freezing. 16) Vacuum Relief Valve BTI vacuum relief valve set at 15 HG in 4in. vacuum line at front. 17) Vacuum Gauges Two liquid filled (Tank) 0-30 Hg and (Filter) 0-30 Hg range mounted in cabinet with light, located at rear, facing to the rear. 4 18) Vacuum Dump None 19) Cyclone/Vacuum Filter J&L 20in. Filter with 151 high density PneuTech self-cleaning Dealer Furnished filter tubes, 36in. long with large tan grommets. Canister mounting offset to street side. Install 10in. cleanout door on curbside of filter canister. 20) Filter Dump Line 4in. filter dump line. Canister housing outlet to angle to rear of tank with one 4 BTI BLACKMAXX composite valve with (AlloMaxx disc and white seat) at end of 18in. cleanout line. In center of cleanout line, install 6in. long clear sight glass. 21) Load Line Short Line: *5 (sch. 40) aluminum rear bumper height load line extending to rear of rear manhole. Locate top of line 8 from inside top of vessel. Line must be parallel to top of vessel and aimed to the center of the front head. Add: a 5 Salco (two position) load diverter to internal end of line. Install operator in vacuum gauge box. Load diverter air lines to run through manhole collar and have quick-disconnect fittings for easy removal of load diverter for cleaning purposes. Internal end of line to end with 5 male adapter and external end to have 5 male adapter and dust cap. Both the external and internal adapters to be welded on full flow type and internal welds to be polished flush. Rear load line cannot extend beyond plane of rear bumper. 23) Load Line Extension None. 24) Load Line Extension Holder None. Long Line: *5 (sch. 40) aluminum rear bumper height load line extending to the rear of #3 manhole from the front. Locate top of line 8 from inside top of vessel. Line must be parallel to top of vessel and aimed to the center of the front head. Internal end of line to end with 5 male adapter and external end to have 5 male adapter and dust cap. Both the external and internal adapters to be welded on full flow type and internal welds to be polished flush. Rear load line cannot extend beyond plane of rear bumper. 25) Miscellaneous All fill lines and discharge line adapters and couplers are to be welded inside and ground smooth and buffed. All U-bolts on piping and hose tubes to be covered with black poly tubing. Provide seal tabs on all product manholes, flanges, adapter caps, and snap couplers to allow seals and prevent product theft or tampering. All butterfly valve seats and gaskets to be white non-toxic. All butterfly valve handles to be offset cast aluminum with 10 position throttle plate. Page 4 of 8

ACCESSORIES All air control butterfly valves to be BTI BLACKMAXX with composite body and AlloMaxx disc-stem with white seat, including air actuated valve between vacuum canister and tank which is to also be BTI.
