1 ELECTRICAL TC2000 Part No: Air Ride Control Box With 30 ft. Cable This control box is typically located in the cab of the truck and the cable runs back to the auxiliary reverse ground plug at the front of the trailer This control is designed to operate the auxiliary/non light functions of the trailer. To energize the control add 12 volt power and plug the cable into the auxiliary reverse ground plug on the front of the trailer. Part No: Spring Ride Control Box with 30 ft. Cable This control box is typically located in the cab of the truck and the cable runs back to the auxiliary plug at the front of the trailer. To operate the control add 12 volt power and plug the cable into the auxiliary plug at the front of the trailer. Part No: Switch Rocker For In Cab Controls In the aluminum box of the "In Cab" control. This 3 amp switch operates the air suspension dump function. Part No: Toggle Switch In the aluminum box of the "In Cab" control. This 15 amp switch operates the dump and close function of the trailer. Part No: Control Box Rear drivers side of trailer This is a hand control and is used by an operator walking alongside the trailer allowing him to open and close the clam gates in infinite settings discharging product. This control overrides the "In Cab" control.
2 Part No: Contact Element Switch (green) Inside the Control Box This Contact Element Switch is a replacement switch for the Control box ( ). The green switch is the replacement for the open function button. Part No: Contact Element Switch (red) Inside the Control Box This Contact Element Switch is a replacement switch for the Control box ( ). The red switch is the replacement for closed function button. Part No: EGS Limit Switch Typically on the rear driver side clam gate hanger pin This switch when activated by the gate knock out pin, cuts air supply to the gate cylinders and limits the gate opening to a preset increment. Part No: Port Relay Valve This valve is attached to the brake system reservoir tank over the rear suspension. This valve controls the ABS functions the trailer. Part No: Pole Socket Split 6-Ways Front bumper of trailer This plug supplies power to the auxiliary functions of the trailer.
3 Part No: Front Rear Trucklite Pole Socket Split 7 Ways Front and rear of trailer This plug supplies power to the trucklite harness on the trailer.
4 AIR Part No: Air Tank (Large) At the rear of the clam shell trailer This tank is the reservoir for the clam shell gate cylinders. Part No: Air Tank (Medium) Over rear suspension Part No: Air Tank (small) Over rear suspension Part No: Port 4 Way Control Valve Rear drivers side This valve dumps the air suspension and is equipped with a manual over ride. This valve is normally open. Part No: Spring Brake Control Valve This valve is attached to the brake system reservoir tank over the rear suspension.
5 Part No: Mac Valve At the rear driver side, bolted to the side of the body frame The Mac Valve is made up of two components the Top of the Mac valve ( ) being the main component and the body. This Valve provides infinite gate opening settings for the clam shell gates. Part No: Top of the Big Mac Valve At the rear driver side, bolted to the side of the body frame This valve is part of the Big Mac assembly. The Top of the Big Mac Valve is connected to the Mac Valve ( ). This Valve provides infinite gate opening settings for the clam shell gates. Part No: Mac Pilot Valve At the rear driver side, bolted to the side of the body frame The Mac Pilot Valve is connected to the Top of the Mac Valve ( ). This valve is an electric over air solenoid valve used to dump the air ride suspension. This Valve has been replaced by the Ride Air valve on 2007/2008 trailers. Part No: Mac Wash Down Valve At the rear driver side, bolted to the side of the body frame This Valve is part of the Mac Valve assembly, it is connected to the Base of the Mac Valve ( ).. Part No: Wilkerson Lubricator At the rear driver side, bolted to the side of the body The lubricator supplies oil to the air cylinders. The flow of oil into the air stream is adjustable.
6 Part No: Wilkerson Filter At the rear driver side, bolted to the side of the body This filter traps the moisture in the air lines. Part No: SO4 Valve Rear Driver side of clam shell This electric air valve with a mechanical override operates the gate function of the trailer. Part No: O-Ring Kit for SO4 Valve Rear Driver side of clam shell This seal kit is used in the SO4 Valve and contains all the seals to rebuild the SO4 valve ( ). Part No: " Composite Air Cylinder Front and rear clam shell gates Starting in May 2006 Midland clam shell trailers are using tie rod style cylinder, using both steel and composite tubing. This style of cylinder is easier to rebuild or repair than the welded style. This aluminum piston fastens to the nitride cylinder ram ( ).

Part No: " Composite Gland Nut Front and rear clam gate cylinders Starting in May 2006 Midland clam shell trailers are equipped with composite tie rod cylinders ( ) using this cylinder gland nut. Part No: Quick Release Valve On the inside chassis, near the center of the trailer. This valve provides a direct air exhaust to speed up the air suspension dump function. Part No: Quick Exhaust Valve (3/4") On the clam shell gate air cylinders This valve provides direct air exhaust from the clam shell gate air cylinders which in turn increases gate closing speed. Part No: Mac Spool Rear drivers side, inside the Mac valve The Mac spool is connected inside the Mac valve ( ). Part No: Mac Valve Seal Kit (with spool) Rear drivers side, inside the Mac valve This spool and seal kit has all the components to rebuild the Big Mac valve ( ).
10 Part No: Air Control Kit Rear suspension This air control kit is the manual dump valve on the trailer. Part No: Bendix Check Valve At the front of the trailer inside the chassis by the gate air reservoir tank This check valve is at the supply port on the gate reservoir air tank ( ). This valve stops air bleed back from the gate air reservoir tank.
11 HOPPER Part No: Inner Drop Landing Leg Left and right front of trailer The landing gear is designed to adjust to any surface allowing you to move the pin up and down within the punched holes to reach your designated height. Part No: Landing Gear Pin Left and right front of trailer This pin is used to secure the inner landing leg at desired height by being placed in inner ( ) and outer ( ) landing gear holes and secured with the hitch pin ( ). Part No: Hitch Pin In the landing gear legs This pin is a retainer clip for the landing gear pin ( ) which holds the landing gear legs to your desired height. Part No: Speed Long Leg Landing Gear with Gearbox Left side, front of trailer This landing gear is designed to adjust to any surface allowing you to reach your designated height. This is done by cranking the handle ( ). Part No: Speed Long Leg Landing Gear Right side, front of trailer The landing gear is designed to adjust to any surface allowing you to reach your designated height. This is done by cranking the handle ( ) on the gearbox landing leg ( ).
12 Part No: Speed Crank Handle On 2 speed landing gear leg This crank handle is used on the 2 speed landing gear and attaches to the gear box landing leg ( ). Part No: Rear EGS Adjusting Plate Drivers side rear gate pin This mounting plate is bolted to the EGS pin ( ). This plate houses the gate setting decal ( ). Which is usually located at the rear of the trailer unless there is not enough clearance to access the EGS system and is then put in the front. Part No: Front EGS Adjusting Plate Drivers side front gate pin This mounting plate is bolted to the EGS pin ( ). This plate houses the gate setting decal ( ). The EGS system can be moved to the front of the trailer due to improper clearance in the rear. Part No: EGS Limit Switch Mounting Plate Drivers side rear gate pin This mounting plate mounts the EGS limit switch ( ) and attaches to the EGS pin assembly ( ). Part No: EGS pipe Drivers side, rear gate This pipe is bolted to the rear gate and activates the EGS limit switch ( ).
13 Part No: EGS Bolt Assembly Drivers side rear gate pin This Bolt allows adjustment of the EGS Limit Switch ( ) which is mounted to the EGS limit switch mounting plate ( ). Part No: EGS Pin Assembly Drivers side rear gate pin The EGS components are attached to this pin. Part No: Decal - Electronic Gate Stop Setting Drivers side rear gate pin This decal is attached to the EGS adjusting plate ( ). Which is usually located at the rear of the trailer unless there is not enough clearance to access the EGS system and is then located in the front. Part No: Decal - Electronic Gate Stop Setting Drivers side front gate pin This decal is attached to the EGS adjusting plate ( ). The EGS system can be moved to the front of the trailer due to improper clearance in which this EGS decal is used. Part No: Composite Bearing (1"x.75") At the center of the trailer on the hopper This is a greaseless bearing that is installed in the hopper.
14 Part No: Composite Bearing (2.01x1.0) Front and rear of hopper This is a greaseless bearing that is installed in the equalizer arm.
15 BODY Part No: Post Type 2 Speed Mud Flap Bracket Front of landing gear legs This bracket welds to the Mud flap mounting bracket ( ) and is designed to hold the mud flaps into place. This mud flap bracket is used on both post type and 2 speed landing gears. Part No: Left Mud Flap Mounting Bracket Front of hopper This bracket welds to the underside of the body and bolts to the mud flap mounting plate ( ). This bracket is only used on post type landing gears. Part No: Right Mud Flap Mounting Bracket Front of hopper This bracket welds to the underside of the body and bolts to the mud flap mounting plate ( ). This bracket is only used on post type landing gears. Part No: Post Type 2 Speed Mud Flap Bracket Plate Front of hopper The mud flap mounting plate attaches to the mud flap mounting brackets and to the mud flap bracket ( ). This bracket is used on both post type and 2 speed landing gears. Part No: Landing Gear Bracket Front of hopper This landing gear bracket bolts to the 2 speed landing gear legs and then is welded to the side of the trailer.
16 Part No: Cross Brace Pipe (63") On landing gear legs This landing gear cross brace is bolted to the bottom of the landing gear legs in an "X" formation supporting the two legs. This brace is only used on 2 speed landing gears. Part No: Landing Gear Brace (23.75") On landing gear legs This landing gear brace is bolted to the bottom of the landing gear legs to the bottom of the trailer for support. This landing gear brace is used only on 2 speed landing gears. Part No: Lug Stop Assembly Drivers side front and rear of hopper This lug is used with manual gate adjustment. Part No: Lug Stop Pin Drivers side front and rear of hopper This pin is what secures the lug stop ( ) to the hopper. Part No: Pin Weldment Mid drivers side, by the hopper This pin is to secure the gate service position. Trailer must be drained of air and power disconnected before using service position
17 Part No: Linch Pin (1/4") Mid drivers side, by the hopper This pin is what secures the Pin Weldment ( ) to the gate. Part No: Crank Mounting Assembly Front drivers side This crank is mounted on the side of the trailer and holds the crank portion of the tarp assembly. This mounting crank is only used with flip tarps. Part No: Gate Hinge Pin Assy. (5.19") At all four corners of the gate This is the hinge pin for the clam gates. Part No: Equalizer Pin (2.06") At all four corners of the gate Part No: Push Block Rear end of trailer This push block bolts to the same bolt configuration as the standard under-run bumper.
