Discharge Valve One 20 sump at rear with provisions for a manually operated 10 Lloyd valve to a 23 L down spout with a 2.5 deep drip pan operated by means of over-the-center mechanical lever with quick pin. Lloyd valve to be operated by valve handle installed on top of the tank at rear. (Valve to be installed by others in a certified shop). For front head valves one line to be centered suction line from wafer valve with 4 internal pump-off line to rear to terminate within 3 of bottom of tank in rear sump. Other short line to street side to be load/unload line from wafer valve in front head into tank short distance turned down to 3 from bottom of tank. Elbow both head valve towards each other and install 4 tee to connect the lines with upward outlet and end with adaptor & cap. Install short 4 pick-up line from rear head wafer valve to rear sump area, to with 3 of tank bottom. Front and rear piping to be as close to heads as possible, order the wafer valves with the actuators 90 degrees to the centerline of the pipe so the valves can be installed as close as possible. Install a 1 sample outlet with 1 ball valve and plug located rear of streetside front fender, tucked in behind outrigger for protection. Note: drip pan lower cover rear on so handle is easily accessible at curbside rear. B14. Discharge Accessories B15. Streetside Discharge B16.
