4 CENTRIFUGAL FANS WITH STANDARD MOTOR TN, HN DESCRIPTION TN/HN direct driven fans are designed for light industrial applications. They are used to convey clean or lightly polluted air and non-aggressive gases. The fan casings are not gas tight. The permissible temperature range of the conveyed medium is -30 o C to +60 o C. The housing of the fans is made of galvanized sheet steel. Painted or powder coated casings are available. The TN type unit has forwardcurved impellers which are made of galvanized steel, designed for high circumferential speed. The inlet cones are manufactured from galvanised steel or glass fibre reinforced polyamide. The HN type unit has backward-curved impellers are made of seawater proof aluminium. Their low mass moment of inertia allows reducing motor sizes. The inlet cones are made of galvanised steel. All fan impellers are statically and dynamically balanced in two plains to quality level G 2.5 (DIN ISO 1940). All fans are also equipped with standard IEC-motors of flange or foot type. Protection class is IP55 and isolation class F. The permissible ambient temperature range is -20 o C to 40 o C. Up to motor size 100, voltage controllable motors are available. All units can be executed as fitted type fans with a B5 flange motor (TNF/HNF). The side plates and the scroll plate are joined together by a standing seam. The mounting feet are screwed to the fan casing. The discharge orientation can therefore easily changed in step of 90 o. The TNQ/HNQ type fans feature a square side plate that allows the installation of a B3 foot motor. The side plates and scroll are riveted. All presented data accords to 50Hz supply. 11 MARINE CENTRIFUGAL FANS WPM DESCRIPTION Marine centrifugal fans WPM are destined for operation in the ventilation systems of seagoing ships with unrestricted cruising area as well as offshore objects. They may be used as exhaust or supply fans and be installed inside the compartments. WPM fans are of compact, sturdy construction and equipped with high efficient impeller with backward-curved blades. Working parameters of fans are shown on performance curves P t =f(v) with respect to inert gas of specific density =1,2kg/m 3 and temperature t= 20 o C, where: P t (Pa) fan total pressure, V (m 3 /s) air displacement. Allowable tolerances of working parameters of fans (air displacement, pressure, power consumption and efficiency) are in accordance with standard PN-77/M Temperature of conveyed medium should not exceed +45 o C, dust contents 0,3g/m 3.Surface treatment hot-dip galvanized. Housing is made of carbon steel. Impeller is made of sea water resistant aluminum alloys. Electric motor is executed as marine, induction, squirrel-cage and three-phase. It is suitable for 50 or 60Hz electric installation. Smaller motors are coupled directly to fan casings, larger fitted on supporting pedestal. Fans in explosion-proof execution are fitted with brass lining on inner surface of housing in way of impeller. On request fans may be supplied with flanged flexible connections for inlet and/or outlet and set of shock absorbers. 20 MARINE CENTRIFUGAL FANS WPM/R DESCRIPTION Marine centrifugal fans WPM/R are destined for recirculation of air in ro-ro holds, engine rooms etc. They are provided with distributing box with studs for connection of spiral ductwork terminated with diffuser nozzles. Marine centrifugal fans WPM/R consist of marine centrifugal fan WPM, noise silencer with protecting wire guard (13x13mm) fitted on the inlet and the distributing box with studs for connection of spiral pipes on outlet. Fan is resiliently seated on foundation frame by means of rubber shock absorbers. Electric motor is in marine execution, explosion proof on request. Surface treatment: hot-dip galvanized. Allowable tolerances of operating conditions (airflow, pressure, power consumption and efficiency) comply with the standard PN-77/M Temperature of conveyed medium must not exceed +45 o C, dust contents 0,15g/m 3. Housing and impeller of WPMA/P fans are made of sea water resistant aluminum alloy, welded. Electric motor is induction type, squirrel cage, three-phase, in marine execution. Electric supply: 50 or 60Hz. Fans are provided with WPD-381 start/stop switch and 20m long supply cable without terminal connector. Accessories: storage aluminum box (standard outfitting), DN160 flexible hoses (number of hoses must be specified at the order).
