3 Product overview TDF series of backward curved centrifugal fans are used in a wide variety of applications designed for high efficiency and low noise. Fan sizes available from 200 to, volume flow from 430m 3 /hr to m 3 /hr and total pressure from 120Pa to 2 Pa. Specially designed blades are welded on centre disc and bell entry. Manufactured from high grade galvanised sheetmetal, laser-cut to precision. The scroll plate is joined to side plates by Pittsburgh lock form and weld. Angle iron, coated with polyester paint. Self-aligning ball bearings. Machined from C4 carbon steel to high tolerance levels, and is corrosion resistant coated. All wheels are statically and dynamically balanced to ISO1940 and AMCA 204-G2. standard.
