In case of illow type, it became liht-weiht & more compact compared to our conventional type. Our conventional models, which are lock type s, are still available. illow type Flane type KSS provides the customer with suitable s for end journal of Miniature all Screws. Especially, MSU series, which is called Compact type, has feature of liht weiht & compact compared to existin series. All of our s fit the standard end journal profile of KSS all Screws. lease try and use them as well as all Screws. Series classification Each series can provide both of fixed-side and supported-side s. MSU seriescompact type illow type Specifications Anular Contact earins built in Compact smsu seriesare made from stainless steel and low contamination Grease is applied. Other components of s are also made form stainless steel or are coated by black finishin. These series can be used in clean-environment. KSS s Flane type [all earins for MSU Sries] Anular Contact all earins SU & EK, EF series [MSU Series] lock type This series is the Anular Contact all earins built in fixed side of Compact Support UnitsMSU series. This can be provided as a set of DF or D confiuration only. 3 Mountin procedure 1.Assemblin 1Mount the fixed end onto the all Screw. Note 1Do not disassemble the. 2Tihten the ock-nut after insertin into the fixed end, and secure usin the set piece and hexaonal socket head set screw. Note 1Make sure that the set piece is not allowed to curl. 3Mount the supported end earin, secure with the stop rin, and fit into the ousin. 3. Mountin the supported end ousin on the base and checkin accuracy 1Move the table toward the supported end ousin and center it. Move the table in both directions and adjust to ensure smooth movement over entire lenth. Secure loosely to the base. 2Check the Run-out and Axial ap at the all Screw Shaft end usin a dial aue, and fully tihten the Nut, fixed end and supported end ousin. Mountin the table on the all Screw Nut and mountin the on the base 1Insert the all Screw Nut into the table or racket, which is attached to the table, and loosely tihten. 2oosely secure the fixed end to the base. Adjust to ensure that the table moves smoothly. 4.Connectin to the Motor 1Secure the Motor to the main Unit. 2Connect the Motor to the all Screw usin the couplin. 3Run in thorouhly.
