5 Detail Project Report (DPR) on ITS Scheme from Ministry of Road Transport & Highways The Funds shall be released in the following manner 50% of the total sanctioned Central Assistance will be released in advance after singing of Memorandum of Understanding. 30% of the sanctioned amount shall be released after receipt of Utilisation Certificate and interim progress report. Remaining 20% will be released after submission of completion report along with Utilisation Certificate for the Sanctioned amount. 5

Evaluate Driving Skill Parameters without Manual Intervention like Standard direction followed, stoppages, kerb hits, time taken to complete each test. Computes deviations, average speed, number of reverses and forwards. 13
