Most of the journey is on a national road (freeway/highway), then on a regional road and a small part driving through towns. There are 2 toll gates on this road, the first will cost R50 and the 2 nd on costs R75. You can either pay these by cash or swipe your bank card. Find OR Tambo Airport Road and head South. Take a slight left and use the right 2 lanes to take the R21 S ramp to Boksburg for 350m. Then keep right to merge onto R21. Drive for 3.7km. At the interchange, 429A-Rietfontein, Use the left lane to follow signs for N12 toward Witbank (EMALAHLENI). Drive 113km. Merge onto N4. Drive 116km. N4 Splits after second toll gate Keep Left. Continue Straight onto R539 (N4). Drive 45.5km. At the T junction - Turn left onto N4. Drive 3.8km. Turn left onto R539. Drive 7.4km. (SUDWALA CAVES) Turn right to stay on R539. Drive 16.0km. (SABIE) Turn left onto R37. Drive 20.2km. Turn right onto R532. Drive 7.6km. Continue onto Main Rd. Drive 4.9km. Continue onto R532. Drive 19.8km. Keep right to stay on R532 and turn right to stay on R532. Drive 4.9km. Turn left onto Hoof st/r532 Turn right onto Louis Trichards Ave./R532

2 Directions from Kruger National Park (Phabeni Gate): The route is 52km from Westlodge and should take you about 50min. depending on traffic. You will be driving on a regional road and there will be no toll gates. Drive to Hazyview for 12.4km. Continue northwest toward R536 for 2.5km. Then turn left onto R536. Drive 9.9km. Turn right onto R40/R536, and continue to follow R40 for 2.1km. Turn left onto R535. Drive 25.2km. Turn left onto R533. Drive 10.5km. Continue onto Hoof St. Turn right onto Louis Tirchardt Ave./R532

3 Directions from Mpumalanga International Airport (Nelspruit): Should you not feel like a 4hr drive from Johannesburg, then you can take a connecting flight to this airport and this route to Westlodge is 89km away, which should take about 1hr 18min. depending on traffic. It is a regional road and there will be no toll gates along the way. Continue to R538 for 2.4km. Then turn left. At the roundabout, take the 1 st exit and drive for 1.8km. At the next roundabout, take the 2 nd exit onto R538 and drive for 3km. Then turn left to stay on R538. Continue straight for 4.9km. Turn right and continue for 2.6km. Turn right onto Alie Van Bergen St. Continue onto Hennie Van Til St. Turn left onto Chief Mgiyeni Khumalo Dr/R40. Continue to follow R40 for 1.7km. Turn right onto R537. Drive 43.8km. Turn left onto R536. Then turn right onto Trichardt St. Continue onto Main Rd. and drive 3.6km. Continue onto R532. Drive 19.8km. Keep right to stay on R532. Turn right to stay on R532 and drive 4.9km. Turn left onto Hoof St./R532 Turn right onto Louis Trichardt Ave./R532
