Part two crimes are other crimes such as city ordinance violations, disorderly conduct, drug charges, trespassing, vandalism, weapon violations, etc. Many of these offenses are a result officers proactive activity and investigations. For this report, the category of Murder also includes Justifiable Homicides. Part I offenses include Murder, Rape, Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Burglary, Larceny and Motor Vehicle Theft. If any of these offenses have not occurred within the current year to date or previous year to date, that offense category will not be listed. Percentage change formula: New number minus old number divided by old number times one hundred. Listed as Not Calculable (NC) when old number is zero.
