3 Directions for using the editable calendars July 2013-December 2015 You may type in any blue square on any page. If you do not type in the space, nothing will show up on the print-out. So, just type in the spaces wanted. You will not be able to change the justification or font. Depending on what software you have, it may not be possible to save the pages you fill out. So fill out one month at a time, then print that page. USES: These calendars are for teachers to use to send home monthly with dates of events, library days, when forms due, or when PE shoes are required. They could be used for children to record reading minutes or pages, as well. Students could color code the dates so, for instance, all library day squares are colored yellow, all PE days are colored blue, and so on. For K-1 students who are not reading, the coloring helps them identify which days special supplies may be needed.
