As HPPTCL is currtly loadd with implmtati of various tim boud projcts fudd by ADB ad KfW, HPPTCL is ot i a positi to tak up th additial work of 132 kv Chaju-I-Mazra D/C li. It is furthr apprisd that aftr commissiig of Mazra substati, 132 kv Kurthala-Bathri D/C li shall vacuat tir powr through Mazra substati ad shall virtually bcom itgral part of HPPTCL systm. Procdur for Grat of Cctivity ad Op Accss i th Itrastat Trasmissi Systm: As pr th approvd procdur for grat of cctivity ad op accss i th Itrastat trasmissi systm, ay grator /customr has to apply for grat of cctivity to HPPTCL for 2 MW ad abov capacity. This cctivity is op dd ad dos ot bid th customr to apply for Op Accss. I th w Gral Ntwork Accss Rgulatis (GNA) of CERC which ar at draft stag, th cctivity shall laps aftr 2.5 yars if th grator dos ot apply for twork accss. Furthr as pr procdur i forc, HPPTCL has 9 mths ad 3 yars aftr sigig of op accss agrmt for complti of th trasmissi asst. I th GNA, this priod has b icrasd to 5 yars.
