7 Manufacturing competencies FORGE PRODUCTION It is equipped with lines of cross-wedge pre-forming, lines of heat treatment, presses. Produc vity is 900 tn. forgings in a month, more than 50 types of forgings are mastered. MACHINING Processing of details is made with the help of modern processing equipment with numeric control (VIKTOR, SAMSUNG, ML). Robo c lines of processing are introduced and keepable of producing iden cal details on a mass scale. PRODUCTION OF GENERAL MECHANICAL RUBBER GOODS Highly produc ve, the automated moulding plants of REP firm (France) are used. WORKSHOP OF ASSEMBLY AND COLOURING The workshop is equipped with the modern pain ng line with the technology mee ng requirements of interna onal standards.
