2 SHREDDER ROBUST The Robust universal shredder enables simple, economic and efficient crushing of a variety of wood, wood waste and scrap, pallets (including nails and pins), par cle boards, veneer, MDF plates, cardboard box, and a variety of plas cs and similar materials. The quiet and compact Robust shredder uses hardened cu ng knives screwed onto a rotor to tear and crush the material pushed towards the rotor by the hydraulic pusher on the cu ng blades. The crushing area has no mechanical obstacles, and thus ensures an undisturbed process of crushing without disrup ve wedging of material, therefore allowing for extremely high produc vity. The crushed material of the desired granula on comes through the openings in a sieve made of HARDOX without stopping. All vital parts of the Robust shredder are completely protected with easily removable lids that enable quick and easy access. An intelligent control system enables completely automa c opera on of the Robust Universal shredder and its simple upgrade to the highly produc ve lines that allow efficient processing and use of diverse materials, waste and scrap. The shredder uses hardened cu ng knives on a rotor to tear and crush the material pushed towards the rotor by the hydraulic pusher. Granula on of the output material depends on the size of openings in the sieve installed behind the rotor. In addi on, our shredder is also protected in the European market with registered Community design under no SAFETY AND RELIABILITY The ROBUST Shredders are designed in accordance with EU standards and meet all safety and health requirements of Direc ve 2006/42/EC, the Machinery Safety Rules (Official Gaze e of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 75/08), Direc ve 73/23/EEC and the Rules on electrical equipment designed for use within certain voltage limits (Official Gaze e of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 27/04). They are known for their safety at work. Since we provide complete final control of each shredder, we ensure their reliability; also, each shredder is set to op mal func onal and safe opera on. 12 MONTHS WARRANTY AND SERVICE All ROBUST shredders are produced at our loca on in Arja vas, Slovenia and have a 12 months warranty with op onal renewal. We provide all services, necessary spare parts and addi onal equipment for all our ROBUST shredders on the territory of European Union and wider.
