6 How to get there? The leisure centre is ideally located between Prince Consort Road and Alexandra Road next to Gateshead Central Library. It is only a short walk from Gateshead town centre. Car Park There is limited onsite car parking, this includes marked disabled bays. Cycle There is a designated area for cyclist to secure their bikes. Bus Regular buses operated by Go North East stop at various points around the Central Library. 7 HOW TO ENTER AND EXHIBITION RULES All exhibitors must enter on an official form. Exhibitors may put in more than one entry per class. Extra forms can be provided. To help the Society, could exhibitor s main entries arrive by Wednesday 18 th April 2012 to allow for space, but extra entries will be accepted on day of staging. Staging from am until pm on Friday 20 th April, there will be no staging on Saturday 21 st April. If exhibitors, who are not Rosecarpe members, wish to enter the Rosecarpe members classes they may do so by joining the Society when entering their exhibits ( 3 per annum, including year book). See details on membership form enclosed. All entries are free. Exhibitors should report to our show desk where they will be provided with official entry cards. All exhibitors must fill in an entry card with their name and postal town or village for each individual exhibit. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure an official entry card is placed on each exhibit staged. No exhibit may be removed until 4.00 pm on Sunday 22 nd April when closure of the show will be announced. All Vases, Baskets, Bowl, Moss. Oasis etc. will be provided. Borrowed Vases, Baskets and other equipment must not be removed from the venue. Judging commences at 7.00 am. On Saturday 21 st April. Judge: Mr Rae Beckwith. The decision of the judge is final. All exhibits, personal property etc. will be at the risk of the exhibitor and neither the Rosecarpe Horticultural Society nor Gateshead Council will be liable for loss or damage from any causes whatsoever. PRIZE MONEY Prize money will be paid out from approximately noon on Saturday 21 st April. SHOW OPENS am. Saturday 21 st April.
