SECTION 000 Temporary Facilities ADD Part.0, B, : Prior to the WWTP startup, the Contractor is responsible for obtaining water and piping water to the proposed headworks as necessary for a clean water leakage test. Contractor shall completely fill to the rim the aerated grit chambers and mechanical screen channels. Chambers and channels shall remained filled for hours with no visible leakage. ADD Part.0, I: Tie-in to Existing Forcemain and 6 Screened Wastewater Lines: Contractor to submit a bypass plan for review and approval Months (min.) prior to tie-in for the existing forcemain and 6 screened wastewater lines. At a minimum, plan to include the following provisions: A. Understanding that roughly hours of sewage storage is available in the existing north post-equalization basin (approximately,000 gallons) for temporary storage of influent wastewater and sewage spills are not acceptable and sewage containment is crucial. B. Contractor must provide a portable pump to drain the 6 screened wastewater line and pump to the north post-equalization basin.
