2 Labeling machine : Label Master ELC-1100 At the PCB assembly process, the labeling task is worked by the operator with the bare hands and is doing separately independent process. Inline automated labeling machine, Label Master ELC-1100, will give you two remarkable benefits. Improved profitability will be cut off the costly and laborious process of manually applying labels. Productivity will be boosted up by solving your process bottlenecks problem with dependable automation. It will increase throughput and free valuable employee for more critical tasks. PCB will be tracked by SMEMA signal to Label Master ELC-1100 through the conveyor. It will be placed at the working area by the front stopper and the side gauge device that conducts the precise labeling position. The working label will be printed out from Label Print (1100P) or supplied from Label Dispenser (1100D) which is mounted preprinted label roll. The robot system will pick up the label from Label Printer or Label Dispenser or and then apply the label on the surface of PCB as follow preset position data, X axis, Y axis, Z axis and Θ axis position values. Also, without any change of machine dimension, it can be added up inverting function to Label Master. It can keep the space as small as possible. Enhanced Performance Option Label Master ELC-1100 can verify the worked barcode label and fiducial-based board orientation. Label Master ELC-1100 is designed for easy integration into existing Ethernet networks for MES systems or MIS systems.
