38 Common Claim Form Questions General Overview: Customer Signatures: the claim forms MUST be signed by the customer Rebates are paid ONLY to customers Dealer ID on claim form - If your dealer ID is missing, you will not be paid the dealer incentive - Make sure your certificates of insurance are up to date, if your dealer status is inactive, you will not receive your dealer incentive 38
