2 The SOFC & SOE Products & Technology Exhibition In 2014 the EUROPEAN FUEL CELL FORUM will be a four-day event with exhibition setup on Tuesday, July 1st and lectures all day from Wednesday to Friday. Exhibitors may remove their displays on Friday, July 4th at pm. Exhibitors from all parts of the world are invited to participate in this international fuel cell show of high reputation. Component manufacturers and fuel cell system developers will show systems, new materials, system components, production and automation systems, process and diagnostic equipment and research results. The forum is also a platform for regions and international technical projects to exchange experience and create new links. Industry, research laboratories, academic institutions, commerce and financing will be eager to learn about recent advances of a promising technology on the edge to become an industry. The exhibition will take place in the lobby area of the two lecture halls of the Kultur- und Kongresszentrum Luzern ( KKL ). Further information: Booths of different sizes are available in the two adjacent lobby areas of the lecture halls. Please refer to the floor plan below. Participants have to walk through the exhibit to attend lectures and the refreshments are served in the exhibition areas during the intermittences. The European Fuel Cell Forum offers the following services to the exhibitors. Included in the Services Exhibition Package Indoor exhibition space Sizes range from 5 to 24 m 2 with flat-rate booth fees ranging from CHF 2,800 to CHF 8,500 plus 8% VAT. Walls for pictures and posters Electrical connection (220VAC) as well as electricity consumption Name badges 1 table, up to 4 chairs, table cloths Welcome Reception on Tuesday Free admission to the poster sessions Refreshments at all coffee breaks Booth cleaning Lunches from Wednesday to Friday for 1 person per 5 sqm exhibition area Reduced conference registration fee for up to 2 company representatives to all forum lectures of the EFCF 2014, including Diner-on-the-Lake 1 Conference Agenda and 1 Conference Proceedings per booth Swiss Surprise on Wednesday night Dinner-on-the-Lake on-board historic paddle wheel steamers (for non-participants of the conference, limited number of places) Free WLAN access Entry in the Final Announcement with an edition of 5,000 booklets and worldwide distributed, if registration is submitted before January 31, Entry in the Conference Agenda Listing with Link on website CHF 900 per person (instead of CHF 2,000) To be booked additionally CHF 30 per additional person & day 120 CHF per person 120 CHF per person

3 Exhibition Calendar 2014 The completed Exhibition Registration Form signed by the exhibitor s management must be submitted to the European Fuel Cell Forum AG. Please indicate your choices for the booth location. After receiving the completed Exhibition Registration Form we will assign the booth and invoice the exhibition fee. Rebates: 3% off the basic rent for all registrations until October 15, % aggregated rebate for exhibitors of the previous years Payment conditions regarding the early bird rates: The payment of 50 % for exhibition fees must be made within 10 days upon receipt of the invoice and 50% until December 31, For all exhibition registration after the 31 December 2013, the fee is due within 30 days of the date stated on the invoice and without discounts. This coming conference is expected to draw much attention. Some companies have already pre-registered for the exhibition. Floor areas may be extended by joining adjacent booths. It is in the very interest of all exhibitors to register soon. Also, late registrants cannot be listed in the printed Final Announcement. The registration will be confirmed after receipt of payment! Please observe the following dates: 31 January 2014 Please register before this date at the latest for your company s name to appear in the Final Announcement, with an edition of 5,000 booklets, which are worldwide distributed. 1 June 2014 The names of the additional company representatives have to be provided to the European Fuel Cell Forum for inclusion in the List of Participants & getting name batches. 15 June 2014 For exhibitors from overseas: please ship exhibition material to: EUROPEAN FUEL CELL FORUM c/o KKL Luzern Europaplatz 1, CH-6005 Luzern / Switzerland July 1 st, 2014 in Lucerne (Tuesday) Exhibitors should arrange their displays between 11:00h and 16:00h. Exhibit and Conference Registration will be opened at 16:00h. All participants of the EUROPEAN FUEL CELL FORUM 2014 as well as media and general public have free access to the exhibition from then on. The exhibition area will be closed and secured at night. July 4 th, 2014 in Lucerne (Friday) Exhibitors should remove their displays between 12:30h and 16:00h. Make sure the return of goods is organized and paid for.
