2 Welcome. Dear CONSULEGIS colleagues and friends, HütteLAW is pleased to welcome interested parties also to the CONSULEGIS Pre-Meeting in Lucerne / Zug, Switzerland. This part of the event is optional. We try to find local interested parties to put you all in the position to share with them your experience and your know-how. We are aware, that this is a part of the event that attracts only some of you in the respective legal domain. Nevertheless it shall grant to all of you the opportunity to meet potential clients and to be able to get preferably new leads. At the end, this is all about. For our all convenience we have the same hotel for the Pre-Meeting as for the European Regional Meeting. The Pre-Meeting and the European Regional Meeting can be booked with the same Registration Form amended to the invitation for the CONSULEGIS European Reginal Meeting. The package price in the amount of EUR refers only to the Pre-Meeting. We look forward to welcome many of you in Switzerland. Be inspired by the scheduled program. 3 Pre-Meeting Program Thursday, 25 th February 2016 Morning Individual journey to HütteLAW / AMAG Forum,, 6330 Cham. Arriving by train to Cham The closest train station is Cham Alpenblick. We recommend to take latest the train, leaving the Airport Zuerich on in direction to Lucerne, changing in Zug (stay on the same track), leaving Zug at and arriving in Cham Alpenblick in You will be picked up at by one of our assistants. (Once off the train, turn right and walk along the main street Zugerstrasse for about 100 meters, until you reach an intersection. Cross this intersection and turn left towards the back of the AMAG / Porsche buildings. Go around the building and walk for about 20 meters. The entrance of the office will be on your left hand side (it is 3 minutes to walk). Directions by car to Cham Indication for GPS:, 6330 Cham. From the motorway 4a, take exit 2 towards Zug / Steinhausen / Cham Ost. Follow the blue signs for "Zug" until you reach the first intersection. At the intersection turn left towards Cham industrial area. On your left hand side you will see the Bentley/Maserati/Audi garage. Turn left after the first AMAG building. After 20 meters turn left again into Alte Steinhauserstrasse. Parking is allowed on the AMAG Willkommen parking area. AMAG Forum is in the same Building as HütteLAW. Smaller companies struggle under the cost pressure compared to bigger units. What does it means for the Asset Management Companies? How is the international development in this regard? Can the whole regulatory part of Asset Management be offered as a service and be outsourced? We invite Asset Manager, Compliance Officers and Fund Administrators out of Switzerland for this half day event. You are welcome to invite by yourself also respective participants. 3

We will travel from Küssnacht to the Seebodenalp with the aerial cableway, where we will eat a typically Swiss fondue. 4
