10 Interna1onal Smart Grid Ac1on Network Interna1onal Smart Grid Ac1on Network (ISGAN) creates a mechanism for mul1lateral government- to- government collabora1on to advance the development and deployment of smarter electric grid technologies, prac1ces, and systems. It was launched at the first Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM), a mee1ng of energy and environment ministers and stakeholders from 23 countries and the European Union held in Washington, D.C on July 19 and 20, 2010.
