Time for adjustment (30 min.) is scheduled once in the morning and in the afternoon. In IWG, TF1 (1.5 hr), TF2(1.5 hr), TF4 (1.5 hr), TF5 (2.0 hr), TF8 (1.5 hr) are scheduled. If there are any short reports from TF 3, 6, 7 and 9, TF leaders will report in "general" session on 29th. 3

4 In "general" session on 29th, the agenda, 12th meeting minutes and action items are approved. In "general" session on 1st, chairperson summary and future plan discussion are scheduled. Bilateral meetings (if necessary) are scheduled on 28th. Some delegations which have a bilateral meeting, please let us know beforehand. Draft (if necessary) is scheduled on 2nd. Drafting team member, please follow Drafting team leader's instructions. Meeting room is available from 9:00am. Reception place will be announced at the beginning of the meeting. 4

Visa information For delegates who request a visa, CATARC secretariat will prepare necessary documents. Please provide Lu Chun (luchun@catarc.ac.cn) and Lan Hao (lanhao@catarc.ac.cn) with no later than October 25. For those delegates who require a visa, CATARC secretariat recommends starting the application process as early as possible. 5

8 Access from the airports From Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) to AOWEI Tech. By Metro Option1:Shanghai Metro line 2 is available from 6:00 to 22:00 and it takes 1 hour to Zhangjiang High Technology Park Sta. Option2: Take Maglev (06:45 21:40) from PVG to Longyang Road Station (8mins), then transfer to Line 2, 1 station to Zhangjiang High Technology Park Sta. By Taxi The fare varies depending on traffic conditions for the route from Shanghai Pudong International Airport to Shanghai Aowei Technology Development Co., Ltd (110 RMB 150 RMB). From Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (PVG) to AOWEI Tech. By Metro Shanghai Metro line 2 is available from 5:35 to 22:50 and it takes 1 hour to Zhangjiang High Technology Park Sta. By Taxi The fare varies depending on traffic conditions for the route from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport to Shanghai Aowei Technology Development Co., Ltd (130 RMB 180 RMB). 8
