All stands: On Thursday 25 th October from 2:00pm to midnight. 24h electricity supply from October 24 th at 10:00am to October 28 th at 8:00pm Access and traffic guidelines around the hall The traffic is prohibited on the Parc de la Villette every driver is required to move cautiously. The speed of movement is limited to 30km / h. Priority should be given to pedestrians everywhere. Under no circumstances may lorries or coaches enter the exhibition hall. Handling vehicles are the only vehicles allowed in the exhibition halls. The terminal for unloading and loading equipment will be allowed around the Grande Halle only during limited time. CAUTION! To access to the Grande Halle, you must have an access badge issued by Reed expositions France (See page 5 of this document), which precise company name and stand number, driver name and mobile phone number, and the vehicle matriculation. You won t be able to access to the build up without this badge. Storage of empty packaging Empty packaging must be removed as soon as possible and stored by the exhibitors or their transport companies and, if necessary, brought back for the dismantling. Ask for a quotation: fill in the handling and transport form. Mezzanine Access to the mezzanine build up and dismantling of stands on the mezzanine can be done by the interior and exterior stairs. In case, loading structure, we invite you to plan accordingly. Floor loading Ground load: 500kg/sqm. Floor protection of the Grande Halle de la Villette The equipped stands proposed by Reed Exhibitions delivered with carpet except for bare stands which the carpet is supported by the exhibitor or installed by a decorator. This are will supply the installation, carpeting and removal of floor covering. All the factors which enabled the carpeting (ex: double-sided tape) will be removed entirely. It is the responsibility of the organization stand to take all measures (plastic, plywood, etc...) to ensure the protection of the floor of the hall. There is a risk particularly during the phases of build-up and dismantling (ex: painting walls or installing raised floor).

2 Any damage to the floor of the Hall, because of the exhibitors will be charged to them. We remind you that it is prohibited to drill, screw, nail or decorative elements on the floor of the Grande Halle de la Villette. The exhibitor is obliged to report the presence of heavy equipment on its stand. Floor distribution will be required if the floor load of 500 kg / m is exceeded. Transport conditions material on the stand will also be set with the organizer and bearing plates are to be expected. Safety Committee Set up must be finished by the venue of our safety commission. The person in charge of your stand will have to be present on the stand during the inspection. The date and time of passage will be specified later. Conditions for fitting out stands Exhibitors shall accept and leave the sites as delivered, and shall be liable for any damage, in particular to venue hall and venue equipment, caused by themselves or by their installations, equipment or goods. Kindly note that it is absolutely forbidden: To drive in nails or screws To use glue on the flooring or any part of the building. To perform operations on the electricity, water and compressed air networks

Exhibitors may make arrangements for the individual security of their stands, especially at night and during the build-up and the dismantling periods (cf. Stand security order form). Deliveries from your suppliers Deliveries are authorized before the opening of the show: from 8:00am to 9:00am on October 26 th and from 8:30am to 9:00am on October 27 th and 28 th. Vehicles can access to the Grande Halle by the road Edgar Varèse. For security reasons the deliveries will have to stop half Catering deliveries an hour before the opening of the show. The only catering deliveries authorized concerned companies approved by the Grande Halle (complete listing on the website, within your exhibitor file). 4 DISMANTLING PERIOD Sunday 28 th October Monday 29 th October Dismantling period 6:30pm 0:00pm 0:00am 10:00am 24h electricity supply from October 24 th at 10:00am to October 28 th at 8:00pm Dismantling period All equipment and decorations must be removed from the Hall before October 29 th at 10:00am. Goods and facilities that are not removed will be thrown away to charge the exhibitor. Cleaning The dismantling of your stand must be finished for Monday, October 29 th at 10:00am. Your stand location must be returned into its original condition. Any damage caused (holes, paint, marking ) is strictly forbidden and will be charged to the exhibitor. We remind you that you will be charged if you or your contractor leaves excess waste during build up and breakdown periods. All the storage rooms provided by the organizer (on booth or not) must be emptied by the exhibitors for the dismantling at 8:00 pm. Please bring back the key to the technical office. CAUTION The risk of theft is particularly high during dismantling. We recommend you to exercise a narrow surveillance. We would be grateful to give this information to your decorators and transport companies. Damage or theft To benefit under the terms of the insurance, exhibitors should report any incidents to the police within 24 hours.
