However the risks of thefts are important during the setting up and dismantle period. Exhibitors are strongly advised to keep a close watch over their belongings and keep someone permanently on their stand until all valuable goods are secured Exhibitors with a specific surveillance company on their stand must inform the organiser. Contact : Florence Péllé We advise to use the same security company than the organiser, please contact us to facilitate the underclose surveillance of your stand. Cleaning of your stand This service is included in your contract for semi-equipped and equipped stands. This contract included the cleaning of your stand (removal of the carpet cover, the vacuum cleaning of the floor, and emptying of the bins of the stand) For the Exhibitors whishing another cleaning service, like the drains for used fluids, the avaibility of dumpster supply, please contact EUREXPO. Exhibitor carpark during the exhibition opening hours Unlike during the setting up and dismantling period the car parks are charged. You have 1 parking space included with your package. These cards can be collected at the technical office of the show from Monday 20/11/2017 from 9am. For exhibitors wishing to order parking spaces, please go to the EUREXPO page. Stands and dismantling The exhibitor must not tack, drill or staple the partitions, banner, furniture, etc. Any damage will be charged to the exhibitor. We provide some systems to fix your posters (chain, blutac sets can be at your disposal at the technical office). On thursday 23rd november, the storage rooms and furniture must be completely empty 1 hour after the closing of the show. 2

6 THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY EUREXPO (Parc des Expositions de LYON) ELECTRICITY The electrical connection is not included in the rental space of the bare stand. To order directly your electrical connection, please visit the EUREXPO website : For the semi-equipped and equipped stands The organiser orders for you directly with Eurexpo the following electrical connection for you (included in the rental price of the stand) : 1 electrical box de 3 KW/9m². This electrical box is intermittent. 7 ANCHOR POINT FOR FIXING THE MACHINES ON DISPLAY ATTENTION We inform you that you may fix your machines to the ground by using anchor points after a feasibility study and validation by EUREXPO park. These anchor points have to be declared and ordered imperatively to the EUREXPO park. The cost is 138 excl.vat per point.
