2 DESCRIPTION OF THE STAND Stand with octagonal aluminium profile and melamine fibre walls in white colour (without platform). Fire proof fair carpet M-3, on the whole surface of the stand, in black colour. Sign with normalized writing on the frontispiece on all the facades opened to corridor, with the exhibitor s name and the stand number. Connection and electrical panel with thermal-magnetic differential with a base of simple socket of 500W, ready to hold power of 130W/m2. Lighting with halogen spotlight of 100W assembled on a track at a rate of 50W/sq. m. It is not allowed to staple, perforate, drill or stick double sided tape on the melamine panels. For each damaged panel the exhibitor will be invoice 50.

6 GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS Owing to the stock and the constant renewal of the material, ERMEvents, S.L reserves the right, where necessary, to replace some elements with similar ones. The elements are on a rental basis; hence, should any deterioration occuronce installed, the sole party responsible will be the exhibitor, thereby assuming the cost of any damages occurring. When the event finishes, the furniture and the rest of the elements will be removed. ERMEvents, S.L. shall not be liable for any objects which have been forgotten or abandoned. Any orders for materials and works requested must be submitted in writing by means of the present request. All orders must be made and formalised in firm fashion (= paid) before October 26th 2017, from this date onwards a 50% surcharge will be applied to orders made by November 2nd 2017 and since that time no further requests have been accepted. ERMEvents, S.L. will not be held liable forthe delivery date for any services requested outside the timeframe.
