2 Waterjet Cutting Machine The system consists of an extremely high pressure generator; CNC Control System; Automatic garnet feeding system, and a high - tech CAD/CAM system. This cold cutting equipment features hi gh cutting speed, superior effi ciency; no thermal deformation; no atmospheric contamination ; almost no limitation of materials, and there is almost no limitation to cutting of intr icate designs in normally diffi cult to cut substances. It can cut metal, stone, ceramic tiles, laminated glass, rubber, plastic and many other materials. Features include:

Integral metal plates covering and protecting the X, Y machine frame, ensuring accuracy and an extension of service life. Ball screw and linear straight rails, ensuring machine stability and accuracy. Ball screws driven by servo motors, ensuring high accuracy, speed and efficiency. The Bridge-type machine uses twin servo motors and a twin ball screw synchronization system.

6 Ultra-High Pressure Generator Principle The ultra-high pressure waterjet cutting machine, which is under the constraints of nozzles with very small diameter, is to make pressurization of ordinary tap water up to 600Mpa through a high pressure generator. The ultra-high pressure waterjet cutting machine will be formed with this powerful high-speed "water column" and a small amount of abrasive material added, which is referred to as "abrasive waterjet cutting".
