2 World's No.1 of WATERJET SUPERJET Features of Waterjet Cutting 1 No heat is produced Since this waterjet cutting is non-contact machining with ultra high-pressure water, no heat is produced. Additionally, the material quality is not changed and the material is not discolored. 2 Wetting of the cut surface is very small Since the cutting process is performed with a small amount of ultra high-pressure water, the wetting of the cut surface is very small. Therefore, no problems arise even though paper or cloth materials are cut. 3 Cutting allowance is small Since the super high-pressure water is jetted form the nozzle with a small diameter, the cutting allowance becomes small and even small workpiece having complicated shape can also be cut. Additionally, since the cutting allowance is small, this cutting method is effective for cutting of expensive material.

3 4 Fine particle dust is not produced Since a workpiece is cut using the water, particle dust does not scatter. Therefore, this cutting method is effective for cutting of glass fibers and asbestos materials. 5 Shape cutting is possible It is possible to start the cutting form a desired position. It perfectly combines waterjet machine technology with customer s programming and management requirement. Abrasive Tank & Abrasive Reserve Tank The abrasive tank automatically transport abrasive form the abrasive tank into the abrasive reserve tank which located at the Z-axis. The abrasive reserve tank is designed to ensure peak cutting performance. Abrasive Removal System The abrasive removal system is designed to remove abrasive inside the catcher tank using the abrasive discharge system and suction pump. Use of this abrasive removal system makes it possible to greatly reduce a period of time necessary to clean the inside of the catcher tank. Chiller The chiller supply cool water to the ultra-high pressure pump for cooling hydraulic oil.
