2 HISTORY A B O U T U S Skala family started the private business in 99. The founder of the company was Mr. Mihalj Skala. Generation after generation has continued to develop and improve the family tradition and business activity which was changed to the plastic industry in 980. The Poliext Csövek Kft. was founded in 99 in a suburb of Kecskemét, called Matkópuszta. The owner of the company is Mr. Zoltán Skala, who is experienced professional on the field of company management and producing plastic goods. At the begining the production was started on 2 300m area with 3 extrusion machines and 8 employees. Today we are among the hungarian leaders of producing and trading PE pipes, fittings and elements of modern, automated irrigation systems. Poliext has. ha of property, 3 m² production facilities, m² indoor warehouse, our own injection-mould making workshop. Factory has 3 extrusion and 4 injection moulding machines and around employees. Furthermore we are providing fast and accurate delivery on domestic market, with our own 4 trucks and vans. The number of our regular domestic customers increased to around 0. Beside this we have over 70 export partners in more than 2 countries. In 99 we started to manufacture different kind of our own products, but nowadays we are producing more than 0. In total our wholesale department offers close to 30 different articles. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES Our primary goals are the quality and providing services of high standard, which is supported by colleagues with more than twenty years of relevant work experience, with well-qualified designers and sales crew. In the past years our export-import activity increased rapidly. We are offering full scale of PE pipes for building engineering, telecommunication and agricultural systems or for further special use. Due to our flexible manufacturing technology we are able to serve special requests of our customers. With our PoliDRIP extrusion machines we are able to manufacture dripping pipes for any kind of plantations. In the past years we also expanded the range of our services in designing agricultural and landscape irrigation systems. This service is free of charge for our registered partners. Quality system has been certified according to ISO 900 requirements since. From we have DVGW cerftification for PP compression fittings, and in also our PE pipes have been certified by DVGW. Our future development plan is to continuously widen our market and product range. Meanwhile we are training persistently our colleagues to fulfill the requirements of our partners in full scale. Insert the pipe into the fitting. Make sure about that the pipe crossed the O ring - gasket. Fully coil back the nut. Assembled PP fitting. IMPORTANT The end of the pipe has to be rounded and cleaned from chip From Ø to Ø40 diameter it's enough to coil the nut by hand If the nut is not fixed completely, there can be dripping or flowing at the O ring - gasket or the pressure can fire the pipe from the fitting The threaded end of the PP fitting has to be covered with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) tape or braid The threaded end of PP fitting has to be coiled in completely (useful thread length) Assembling instruction for fittings Ø Ø mm The nut, the clinching ring, the trust ring and O-ring have to be pulled up on the pipe. Put together pipe, O-ring and trust ring into the body. Push the pipe until internal register inside fitting. Make sure that O-ring and trust ring are on their original position. Pull back the clinching ring to it's original position. Pull back the nut and completely coil it up to the fitting. Assembled PP fitting. IMPORTANT Above mm diameter some kind of wrench or tool has to be used in order to reach the perfect bonding At Ø-30 Nm, Ø3 3 Nm, Ø7 40 Nm, Ø90 and Ø Nm torque has to be used to coil the nut Fittings Ø90 mm position the pipe app mm from the internal register, as while tightening the nut, it will push together clinching ring, thrust ring, O-ring and the pipe to the right position tighten the nut and make sure that the nut exceeds the last thread of the body, until -2 mm gap left next to the fitting edge 3

Assembling instruction for PP Clamps Saddles Place the O ring - gasket into the slot under the upper part of the clamp saddle and the screws into the bottom part of it. Place the bottom part of the clamp saddle onto the pipe. Take care of that the pipe is clean. Place the upper part of the clamp saddle onto the bottom part. the female screws up to their male parts. 7 With a wrench pull each of the screws. Drill the pipe throughout the threaded part of the clamp saddle. Completely assembled clamp saddle. IMPORTANT: When drilling the pipe, avoid to causing any damage in the thread Use the greatest possible size of driller During the drilling procedure some piece of chip can fall into the pipe, which can cause occlusion If the screws aren't pulled completely, there can be dripping or flowing at the grummet The threaded connection of fitting has to be coiled in completely (useful thread length) The threaded part of the clamp saddle has to be covered with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) tape or braid

The nut and the clinching ring have to be pulled up on the pipe. Insert the pipe into the fitting body and make sure the pipe crossed the O ring - gasket. Pull back the clinching ring to it's original position. Pull back the nut and completely coil it up to the fitting. NOTIFICATION Assembled fitting. IMPORTANT The end of the pipe has to be rounded and cleaned from chip From Ø to Ø32 diameter it's enough to coil the nut by hand If the nut is not fixed completely, there can be dripping or flowing at the O ring - gasket or the pressure can fire the pipe from the fitting The threaded end of the PP fitting has to be covered with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) tape or braid The threaded end of PP fitting has to be coiled in completely (useful thread length) Any chemicals in the system are in contact with polypropylene (PP) and with rubber gasket (O-ring) of the PP Compression fitting It is required to carry out the appropriate tests to ensure the suitability and safety of the products for the envisaged in according with all applicable regulations 8
