Write on patch for board Voltage and Board No. CN166 DC Plug Input Power Distribution Board 14 way The CN166 basic unit has 14 Positive and Negative Terminals.The input power can be connected either by wires, a 2.1mm DC plug or a 2.5mm DC plug, the input terminal will handle up to 15 Amps, the board can be used for DC voltages up to 24vDC & DCC. The LED will show Green if the Polarity is correct, Red if the Polarity is reversed by mistake or Orange if you are running a DCC system. 13 2

4 CN168 5 way Fused Power Distribution Board The board has 2 types of input, wire connection via a terminal block, or using a power source with a DC 2.5mm plug. The Input passes through a Fuse and is then Diode protected from back EMF. The ON LED is Tricolour so will indicate correct polarity (Green), incorrect polarity (Red), or DCC polarity (Orange). Each output has a fuse and an 'ON' Indicator. CN169 6 Way Switchable Distribution Board The Input is via a 2.5mm DC socket or screw terminal block and can be any DC voltage up to 48v or a DCC voltage. There is a Main ON/OFF switch which isolates both the Positive and Negative Input feeds. The Input then passes through a 5 Amp fuse to feed the outputs and light the 'ON' LED. Each Output has an ON/OFF switch which isolates both the Positive & Negative lines or in the case of DCC MR110 Diode Matrix Kit for up to 11 Point Sets 6.55 A Diode matrix kit with stripboard and diodes for up to 11 switches and 11 point sets. MR150 AC to DC Convertor 4 Amp 5.47 This modules can be used to convert AC to DC. The most common AC supply voltages are 5, 12v, 15v, 16v, 18v and 24v, these modules will handle all these voltages, and convert them into DC up to a max of 4 Amps. The output voltage will depend on the input voltage from the transformer. There is typically a voltage drop of 2 volts through the circuit. There is a LED indicator to show there is output power. MR202 Control Panel Indicator Kit 5mm LED s 4.56 The Kit consists of 10 Red LED's, 10 Green LED's, 10 Resistors 1K, and 20 Panel mounting Bezels. The Bezel requires a 6.35mm hole in the control panel, and the LED is pushed into the bezel from the underside thereby locking the LED and Bezel in place on the panel. Can be used to indicate signals, points, level crossings, train positions, and many more. MR203 Train or Points Indicator Kit 6.48 This Kit is designed to Indicate the state of a set of Points or the Position of a Train on the track. The position of the Sensor and the magnet is shown in the drawing. Set it up with the points set at straight through and the sensor about 10 to 15mm from the lever. Glue the magnet to the moving lever of the points. When the points are changed the magnet should move to within 10 to 5mm of the Reed, this will then change the state of the switch. MR204 Momentary Switch Memory Circuit Latching 9-16v 5.50 The MR204 is a latching relay circuit which has 2 coils for energising the contacts, or rather one coil to energise them and one coil to de-energise them. This means that a momentary pulse on Coil 2 changes the state of the contacts, and they remain in that state (even if power is completely removed) until Coil 1 receives a momentary pulse. It also has 2 sets of 'changeover contacts' which mean you can switch 2 separate circuits at the same time, with a rating of 2 amp MR208 Infrared Switch with adjustable ON time Coming Soon 5mm LED s A 5mm solid state LED. These high currents can damage switches and indeed cause points motors to overheat and burn out. A Capacitor discharge unit gets over this problem by supplying this high current as a high energy pulse to the points motor solenoid which in turn operates the points. The electrical charge is released, on throwing a switch, as a pulse. MR214 Automatic Forward / Reverse Shuttle Switch In this application the MR204 is used as a Automatic Forward / Reverse (Shuttle) Control. Sensor 1 and Sensor 2 could be placed anywhere on a loop, or even back to back. The train will run from Sensor 2 to Sensor 1, when it passes sensor 1 the circuit will change the polarity of the tracks putting the train in reverse. The train will now travel in reverse until it passes over sensor 2, at which time the MR204 will again change the polarity of the track putting the Train into forward again. This will continue until power is removed from the system. 4 11

6 MR221 Mini 12v Relay Board 2 No Changeover 3 Amps 5.49 The MR221 is a miniature relay board with terminals for the Input & Output. The relay is a dual changeover. The relay contacts are rated at 3 Amps. Ideal for switching equipment of a different voltage to the circuit voltage. They can be used as a bank of 18 ways or snapped off so you have a 3 way terminal for point motors or signals, and so on. MR235 1 x 3way Screw Terminal Junction Block 0.86 The 3 way section has 3 IN screw terminals, and 3 OUT terminals. The terminals and the board are rated at 10 Amps MR253 Auto Forward/Reverse with End Stop Timer This Automatic Forward / Reverse unit will work on a Straight track, U track, or Loop track. The Train is fitted with a magnet between the front wheels, and there are 2 sensors fitted to the track in positions A and B. The train will travel from Sensor A forward to Sensor B, here it will stop for a time set by the Timer, at the end of the time period the polarity of the track will be changed, and the train will Reverse back to Sensor A. The process will repeat itself until power is removed. MR313 Mini Toggle Switch for 3 Aspect Signals 6.57 A special Switch that has 3 On positions - ideal for 3 Aspect signals or switching On 3 items separately.
