Before controlling pressure has not reached to setting value, this is closed; once the setting is reached, the will open and oil flow enters the next actuator which begins to move so that the will work as a sequence controller. When the outlet of the is directly linked with tank, it may be used as an unloading. Sequence and check consists of an integral check and a sequence ; when oil flow passes through the check, the pressure does not work. This can maintain back pressure in a hydraulic control circuit which may be used as a counter-balance. For the above two kinds of, only changing their upper and bottom covers can make up seven different models without any internal structure change. These s are pressure compensating type (QF) and flow compensating type with integral check (QDFT). The former consists of body, restrictor and pressure compensator; the latter includes body, thin blade type restrictor, pressure compensator and a check. These s can maintain a constant flow rate independent of the system pressure (load). Also blade restrictor may reduce sensitivity of throttled flow against oil viscosity. QDEF type with an integral check allows a controlled flow and reverse free flow.
