4 CH-22/CH-29 Casing Heads The CH-22 / CH-29 Casing Heads have a straight bore bowl with a 45 C landing shoulder designed to avoid damages to the sealing areas that are supported by using the drilling tools that will prevent the test plugs and bowl protectors from any wedging problems when pressure is applied. CH-22 / CH-29 Casing Heads are normally equipped with threaded and studded outlets and are available upon request. The bottom connections may be threaded or slided on for welding. CH-29 Casing Heads are based on the same reliable design as the CH-22 with the only difference being its wider bowl, which permits the acceptance of the CG-29 casing hanger with larger load capacity for deep drilling. 6 CS22- / CS29- Casing Spools The CS-22 / CS-29 Casing Spools are a straight bore bowl with 45 C landing shoulder design. The bottom PE/BG as seen in the picture, is prepared with a OO bottom ( for below 5000 psi application) or double P sealed bottom. The BG preparation allows the use of reduced bushings PE (Pressure Energized). Outlets are normally threaded, optional studded / flanged outlets are available. CS-29 Casing Spools are based on the same reliable design as the CS-22 with wider bowl which permits the acceptance of the CS-29 casing hanger with larger load capacity for deep drilling. 8 TC and TCM Tubing Heads TC and TCM Tubing Heads are a straight bore bowl with 45 C landing shoulder design which avoids damage to sealing areas supported by the drilling tools, and prevents wedging of the tubing hangers, bowl protectors and test plugs. The secondary seal for the last casing pipe can be an integrated OO seal type or a plastic injection type, which can also accepts reduced bushings 4-O and PE (Pressure Energized). 11 Goat Heads Fracturing head is designed and manufactured in accordance with API 6A specification. The material complies with NACE MR0175 requirements. Full forged steel fracture head is customized by pressure resistance, erosion resistance, long service life and low maintenance. In order to meet the requirements of onsite fracture equipment connection, high pressure union connections are adapted. 17 Needle Choke Valve The fixed adjusted choke valve Bonnet nut is to prevent the nut from loosening and has a indispensable part with its safety performance feature that can release the valve body residual from stress or damages. Interchangeable parts are provided for specific pressure gauge and can be used on the same bonnet device at psi. The pointer on the adjustable choke valve needle is made of stainless steel. 18 CHOKE MANIFOLD Product purpose: The choke manifold is to command the well kick and control the pressure of oil and gas in the well. Under the support of the closed BOP, the choke valve ensures that certain casing pressure be maintained at the bottom hole pressure allowing for slightly greater formation pressure avoiding further formation fluid into the well. In addition, the choke manifold achieves soft shut-in features that is applied when the choke valve releases the pressure. The choke valve is divided into three types: manual adjustable, hydraulic and fixed type. When the boreholes pressure rises to a certain limit, the choke manifold is used to open the flow to protect the well. 19 Kill Manifold Application Kill manifold is an important component part in the wells pressure control surface. Kill manifold is used to pump into the drilling fluid in the well to control the pressure when it is not applicable during the normal cycle of the drill, and can blowout the flow line that is connected by pumping into the water and extinguishes fluid flow only in one direction into the kill manifold which is supported by the non-return valve. Construction Composed of non-return valve, gate valve, press gauges and flow lines. The kill manifold is connected with the drilling spool on one end and on the other it is connected with a slush pump. 20 Annular BOP (XBAS) Annular BOP is usually matched with the ram BOP, and can be used separately to seal a variety of shapes and sizes of the kelly, drill pipe, drill pipe sub, drill collar, casing etc. When there is no drilling tool involved, then, the wellhead is completely sealed.
