After replace ram, with control system opening pressure to close top bonnet. Before ram remove BOP, first draw ram close to top bonnet so that ensure ram can't block Vertical hole of BOP, and avoid friction with drill stem. High-pressure movable elbow The produced movable elbow is a metal pipe joint with ball bearing, with its specification being 1"~4" and its rated working pressure being 14~140MPa( 2000psi~20000psi); It is feasible to provide various models of movable elbows used under ordinary temperature, low temperature and sulfurous gas as well as the maintenance packages. The movable elbows have 2 types: long radius elbow and short radius elbow. The major radius movable elbow has smooth drift diameter, which can minimize the resistance generated when liquid passes; The resistance to erosion and corrosion of fluid for the wall thickness at the turning position of long radius elbow is better than that of short radius elbow. However, long radius elbow is also used in consideration of the limit of field installation space or lower pressure.

18 The blank bend of movable elbow is molded on the numerical control machine, which has even wall thickness and long service life. The wall thicknesses difference at the positions of inside and outside circular arcs reaches FMC standard, and its appearance quality can match with the imported blank; The movable elbow has 3-ball groove design, so that it can effectively bear overload and radial load, it is stable at the time of bearing pressure and the vibration in pipeline is smaller at the time of bearing various loads; All the specifications of movable elbows are the same as the like products produced by FMC Company, and their coupling dimensions completely comply with American standards, so that they may replace the like products of FMC Company used for well cementing and fracturing equipments. The sealing element is made of synthetic rubber, equipped with the blowout prevention ring and designed with the pressure release vent, so that it is possible to automatically reduce pressure in case of any leakage in the sealing element to prevent the pressure from being accumulated in the ball groove cavity, and thus greatly improving its safety; For the field maintenance of movable elbow, it is only required to make lubrication occasionally to ensure its normal operation. Annular Manifold The produced annular manifold is applicable to the discharge pipeline, infusion pipeline, well testing pipeline and well cementing mud line used for various high-pressure operations of oil field as well as the other liquid flow transfer lines under high-pressure operating conditions, which is composed of movable elbow and straight pipe assembly. It increases flexibility and durability, so that fluid can flow more smoothly. In addition, it can be quickly installed and conveniently disassemble/assembled; At the time of field use, it is feasible to realize the connection with the pumper or the other ground manifolds only through opening the union cap at the position of union assembly. The annular manifolds mainly include 3 types: Short-radius movable manifold, long-radius movable manifold and integral movable manifold, with specification being 1-1/2", 2", 3" and 4" and working pressure being 35MPa~105MPa( 5000psi~15000psi). The movable elbow equipped for annular manifold has such characteristics as flexibility, shock resistance, anti-vibration and large discharge. The annular manifold is connected by wing nut and has such characteristics as quick tightening and disassembly, pressure resistance and sealing, which is easy for coincidence and convenient for transportation and storage.

21 Integral joint The produced series irregular high-pressure integral joints and welding joints are in whole ranges, including Y-shaped, L-shaped, long-radius elbow, T-shaped, cross-shaped, manifold shape and fishtail shape, with specification being 2"~4" and pressure being 21MPa~140MPa( 3000psi~20000psi). The blank for integral joint is molded by the high-strength alloy steel through die forging and receives the integral heat treatment, so that not only the bearing resistance of product is improved but also its service life is extended; Furthermore, its appearance is concise and its end is connected by the union, so that it is convenient for it to be connect with various fracturing cementing equipment on site. The materials for the end welding joint as well as the design of welding bevel comply with API6A specification. The function of reducer unions is to realize the switch connection between the pipelines with different diameters and threads. All the reducer unions is produced through the forging by the high-strength alloy steel and the finish machining by the numerical control machine, with convenient and reliable connection. The hydrogen sulfide resistant series products Such series products may operate under the sour environment containing H2S gas, and the color of products is generally grass green. These products are manufactured according to the PSL3 and PSL4 specified in API6A as well as API16C specification. The material selection and heat treatment are made according to NACE MR0175 and API RP 14E standards. The materials for these products comply with NACE MR0175, ASTM and AISI standards.

22 All the sealing elements are made of special acrylonitrile butadiene rubbers that are hydrogen sulfide resistant and don't crack at the temperature of -29, which has good leak tightness and long service life. The hydrogen sulfide resistant 2" and 3"integral straight pipes, cock valves, movable elbows, irregular integral joints, welding union products that are produced by our factory have good service conditions under sour environment, which are praised by the user. High-pressure ground testing device The high-pressure ground testing control device is a necessary ground equipment used in the process of formation testing and test oil, which is mainly composed of wellhead testing device( wellhead control head, derrick floor manifold and movable manifold), safety valve, upper data head, choke manifold, lower data head,gas-distributing manifold and shunt blowout prevention manifold. Its spare parts are the high-pressure manifolds produced by No.4 Petroleum Machinery Factory using the design and manufacturing technologies introduced from American SPM and FMC, which has good product commonality. The wellhead testing device is extensively used in the oil field drilling and workover operations, which can effectively control well kick and perform the pressure control on the oil and gas wells and the wellhead test. In addition, the annular manifold can be also used for the well cementing and acid fracturing operations of oil field. The wellhead testing device is mainly composed of three parts: derrick floor manifold, control head (upper control head and lower control head) and movable manifold. All the parts in the device adopt the materials and heat treatment process recognized by American SPM Company and each set of assembly receives the hydrostatic pressure leakage test under the maximum working pressure when leaving factory. As compared with the similar foreign products, this device has such characteristics as small volume, light weight, low labor intensity and convenient for transportation and construction operation. All the control valves adopt low-torque cock valve and gate valve, which has low opening torque under high pressure; For the connection mode of manifold, adopt union or flange connection mode, with good commonality, strong interchangeability and convenient for connection.
