CROSS SEAL JAW This is an electr pneumatic grup which activates a hrizntal seal bar which makes the crss seal f the pack and als actuates as driving jaw pulling the film. This grup is cmpsed f: Tw pneumatical (SMC) cylinders with tw guided shafts specially designed fr heavy lads. Fur shck absrbers (SMC) calculated t absrb the inertias f the jaw indexing mechanism and allw high peratinal speed. Tw sealing jaws with heating elements f 500 W. Thermcuples PT 100 independent fr each seal bar. CUTTING KNIVE: This is an electr-pneumatic cutting knife which cut the stick which is still in cntinuus tubular frm t the desired cut-ff length. 5 VERTICAL SEAL JAWS: Electr pneumatic driven mechanism t make the vertical seals f the stick. This unit has a variable number f seal bars in accrdance with the number f lanes f the machine. Cmpsed f: One pneumatical (SMC) cylinder which actuates every machine cycle. One pneumatical (SMC) cylinder which actuates whenever the machine stps s that the seal jaws blcks remains always pen and separated frm the film t avid verheating. 180º turn-arund jaws blcks t facilitate the seal bars cleaning and maintenance. This grup is frmed by: Frming plate manufactured f light material specially treated t allw a smth film sliding thrugh the different channels.
